    Business Development Manager

    Job Brief

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to champion our clientele/market expansion. Selected candidate will be the front of the company and is expected to have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

    The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
    • Proven sales track record of KPI delivery in related field.
    • Experience in customer support is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Market and Industry knowledge is highly required.
    • Communication and negotiation skills is highly required.
    • Ability to build rapport.
    • Time management and planning skills
    • BSc/BA in business administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
    • Candidate must have 5-6 years experience in business development or related field.

    Sales Copywriter

    JOB DISCRIPTION

    • Creating copies to disseminate the company’s core message to target audience.
    • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team.
    • Writing and presenting business proposal copies to Management
    • Modifying and creating copies for social media post and advert publications.
    • Overseeing the writing of all copies for the company’s brands  
    • Hold and attend pitch meetings with prospective clients to market our service offering.
    • Perform other Sales related functions.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • 3 years of experience in a writing related space
    • Experience as a sales executive
    • BSc in English, journalism or related filed
    • Candidate should be comfortable with hitting daily deadlines
    • Candidate must be skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
    • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
    • Candidate should appreciate and assimilate constructive criticism
    • Candidate should be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
    • Candidates should be self-starters and detail-oriented
    • Enjoy working as part of a team
    • Candidate should be strategic thinkers

    Company Driver

    Job Description: The company driver will be responsible for transportation and movement of staff on official assignments. Driver will also be responsible for making sure the official vehicle assigned to him is properly maintained, washed and serviced. 

    Education & Experience

    • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate. (SSCE)
    • Proven experience as a company driver or relevant position.
    • Must enjoy driving and be available to work long hours.
    • Must have a minimum of 8 years continuous experience in similar roles.
    • Must have a valid driver’s licence.

    Skills Required

    • Ability to communicate, read and write.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Polite and able to get along with people.
    • Understanding of road usage and road signs.
    • Good time consciousness.
