    Assistant Manager (Technical Services)

    Industry: FMCG

    Product: Flexible Film Packaging

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and provide Technical support to complete team and strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
    • Support, define and implement plans and objectives for Technical repairs, reporting and training.
    • Develop and analyses area to develop team to achieve the target with organization outfit with technical training and assistance.
    • Extensively worked on improving quality, Line efficiencies by applying various tools for Problem solving methodology.
    • Providing a communication channel for customer so that customer issues can be resolved effectively and in least time.
    • Providing timely and apt Technical Support to the customers.
    • Follow-ups on the trial and commercial runs at customer.
    • Support revenue generation through technical support.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Tech/B.Eng./Equivalent.
    • 8-10 years cognate experience preferably from Form Filling background i.e. Milk / Beverages / edible oils / liquor etc.
    • Hands on Work Experience of 4-5 years on Tetrapak Machines (A1 Fino, A3 Speed, and TBA19) is a must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines.
    • Self-motivated with passion to excel in the functional role.
    • Maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure business continuity with all clients.
    • Good knowledge on Excel and Power Point.
    • Electro-Mechanical trainings on the similar aseptic filling machines is preferable.
    • Knowledge on Aseptic Packaging Technology is preferable.
    • PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc and others.
    • Basic Knowledge of working principles of Electro-Mechanical instruments, equipment’s and technology is must with soft ( computer) skills
    • Candidate should have a valid international passport.

    Quality Control Officer

    Industry: FMCG

    Product Segment: Paint raw materials, finished products & packaging material.

    Our client, a leading paint and coating manufacturing company, is in need of a Quality Control Officer that will handle lab operations and to do various analysis and quality inspections for raw material, in-process and final products.

    Responsibilities:

    • To follow high quality standards and to support production and sales operations by providing them various quality input reports to improve product quality and consistency.
    • To work on new products and application development and to troubleshoot problems related to product and application.
    • To perform batch wise and required number of various quality tests to ensure product quality is as per set standards and specifications.
    • To do analysis of various market samples and analyze the scope of improvement in company's existing products.
    • To work on product improvement as per Organizational requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team for concerned products.
    • To do detailed root cause analysis for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
    • To do accurate documentation of all tests and analysis and submit report to the concerned authority.
    • To ensure all lab equipment and instruments are in proper operations and calibrated as per standards.
    • To ensure all recipes and standard methods are well documented and access is only to the people concerned
    • To monitor achievement against time line and accuracy for the new product development as well as quality checks for existing products.
    • To ensure key projects tracking on a continuous basis and submit periodical update to management.
    • To ensure lab hygiene and process methods to be part of international standards.
    • Keep lab documentation ready for various inspections and audits all the time.
    • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
    • To assess various informational tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase the work efficiency.
    • To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.

    Requirements;

    • B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Paint Technology / Chemistry / Chemicals.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in similar industry
    • The applicant must have good knowledge about various deco / industrial RM & FG evaluation, fair knowledge about paint formulations.
    • Experience in ISO will be an added advantage.

    Sales Manager (Marine Protective Coating)

    Responsibilities:

    • To manage the day to day operations of sales & service in the assigned region, providing guidance, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
    • To make regular customer visit for sales development, provide technical assistance and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.

    Requirements:

    • Well exposed to B2B Marketing in the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria.
    • BE/B.Tech/ Bachelors/ Masters – Chemistry, Paint or Chemicals. PG Qualification will be preferred but not mandatory. NACE Level 1 or 2 will be additional qualification who would be given preference.
    • Minimum of 5 + Yrs. of Experience in servicing the Oil & Gas industry with experience in managing the Corrosion Protection , selling paints & providing Technical service to the Marine /Asset Protection in the Oil & Gas sector. Good knowledge about the various coatings their specifications, application etc.
    • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
    • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
    • Experience in the development of Marine & Corrosion Protection coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
