    Electrical Technician

    Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
    Employment Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring all electrical components in Power Plant
    • Ensure Preventive maintenance of all equipment’s as per schedule and reporting the same in case of any observations.
    • Monitoring and healthiness checking all feeders, transformers, Power Supply panel / Battery Bank & motors.
    • Troubleshoot and repair / service all feeders, transformers, drives & actuators
    • Record keeping of day-to-day activity in logbook.
    • House Keeping of Field equipment, JB & panels
    • Guide Technicians on troubleshooting and repair / service all electrical equipment
    • Adherence of safety norms for all equipments
    • Ensure electrical equipments are in safe operability condition
    • Near miss reporting.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Eng in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering Discipline
    • Should have 3+ years of experience in O&M / Project Execution and Commissioning activities of any process based industry in Power & Steel Manufacturing process.
    • Experience and expertise to read and understand electrical drawing & P&I diagrams, drives, Control Valve, actuators.
    • Experience of handling different voltage level equipment such as 33KV, 11 KV, 6.6 KV, 3.3 KV and 415 Volts
    • Good knowledge of electrical equipment’s and should have worked in supervisor capacity.

    Weighbridge Officer

    Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate the weighbridge system to capture accurate weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
    • Record and maintain daily weight logs and issue tickets for stock movement
    • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and dispatch teams to streamline operations
    • Ensure compliance with weight regulations and internal quality standards
    • Reconcile weighbridge records with ERP/inventory data
    • Conduct routine equipment checks and support calibration procedures
    • Assist security in monitoring site traffic and vehicle entry/exit logs

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • ND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills
    • Good communication and coordination abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends when required.

    Field Operator

    Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

    Job Summary

    • Field Operator is responsible for performing on-site operational tasks associated with the safe and efficient functioning of the Compressorsystems, conveyor belts, kilns, screen,Pumps, Boiler, valves etc.
    • The role includes monitoring parameters, conducting routine checks, adjusting valves and dampers, supporting Conveyorstartups/shutdowns, and promptly reporting abnormalities.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct hourly rounds to monitor equipment.
    • Check pressure, temperature, and flow values on local gauges and instruments.
    • Report deviations, leaks, abnormal noise, or vibration to the Supervisor.
    • Follow and assist in boiler startup, shutdown, blowdown, and soot blowing. Etc
    • Adjust valves, dampers, and fans as instructed by the DCS or Supervisor.
    • Ensure proper functioning of fuel feed and ash removal systems.
    • Give necessary operation feedback and instructions for the operation team.
    • Maintain field housekeeping around boiler equipment.
    • Record readings and observations in field logbooks.
    • Support emergency shutdowns and firefighting activities as needed.

    Educational Qualification and Work Experience

    • Diploma or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Professional Certification is an added advantage. (First or Second-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate preferable).
    • Minimum 3years in field operations of boiler systems in cogeneration or thermal power plants.
