    Treasury Analyst

    Purpose / Objectives

    • To assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare or monitor the company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling.
    • Ensure Letter of Credit & Trade-related liabilities are well captured in the books and necessary entries are posted including the GIT
    • Monitor and manage all bank charges, and costs of financial instruments in an optimal manner.
    • Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
    • Provide everyday cash position, estimate and analysis
    • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
    • Monitor fiscal and monetary policies and implications on the company’s business.
    • Liaising with commercial banks, development finance institutions, and investment banks to ensure that documentation is delivered timely, and approvals are received promptly
    • Provide support to the business units requiring assistance in Treasury matters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Part qualification/membership in a professional accounting association (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial environment in treasury operations, FMCG and banking.
    • Proven experience within high-volume business environment and international trade.
    • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Understanding V-Lookup, Modelling, and presentation skills)
    • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Good Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with employees and senior management levels
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Estate Manager - North

    Responsibilities

    • Management and supervision of all properties in the northern region to required efficiency, quality, service and upholding all aspects of compliance and quality standards and adhering to budget and required criteria.
    • Preparation and Monitoring the Tenancy Agreements of tenancies in Northern Region for execution by both parties.
    • Follow-up with sitting tenants in the region on rentals and service charge collection by writing prompt reminders, calls and visitation to tenants if need be.
    • Preparation of reports on Statutory Charges in the region (Land use, Tenement Rates and Ground Rents).
    • Ensure occupancy of vacant spaces in the region are properly marketed to ensure full occupancy.
    • Conduct routine inspection /visitation of all properties within the region for maintenance, health, safety and security.
    • Ensuring essential repairs, replacements are carried out as part of the maintenance program
    • Maintain accurate records / documentation across all property transactions.

    Qualifications and Key Competencies

    • BSc. / HND in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or any related field
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience as Estate Manager.
    • Good knowledge of laws, statutes, and ordinances within the Real Estate space.
    • Speaks Hausa Language fluently, live within core north and very familiar with the northern region
    • Ability to keep accurate records
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Proven experience in safety
    • Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with and protecting the public.
    • Can drive an automobile and must have a valid driver’s license.
