ABOUT THE ROLE

• Uptown Health Limited is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media & Communications Officer to manage our online presence, engage with customers, and strengthen our brand visibility across digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the company's social media accounts and online communities
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote products and services
• Monitor social media trends and recommend growth strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Maintain a positive and professional image of the company online
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Ability to create engaging content and captions Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in social media management is an added advantage
