    Executive Assistant

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is to have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, prepare letters, offer legal advice and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.
    • Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondences.
    • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and legal briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
    • Ensuring timely documentation and follow-up on legal and compliance matters.
    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Supporting risk management efforts through documentation and compliance tracking.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
    • Performing other administrative and legal-related duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Law (LL.B)
    • Must have been called to Bar and Completion of NYSC.
    • Proven track record as an executive assistant or similar roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company's services, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the medical/healthcare sector and a deep understanding of food analysis, water analysis, environmental analysis, tank washing, swimming pool management, customer behavior, and regulatory constraints.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the scientific laboratory services
    • Collaborate with product and business development teams to design customer-centric marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Generate leads and convert them into active customers through targeted marketing initiatives.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong connections with potential and existing clients, including healthcare providers, researchers, and other relevant stakeholders. 
    • Organize promotional events, campaigns, and customer outreach programs.
    • Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with relationship managers and front-line staff to align marketing with sales goals.
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
    • Monitor online customer engagement and campaign performance using analytics tools.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2 years of marketing experience in the health care or laboratory analysis services.
    • Experience in managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and generating reports.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
    • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
