    Social Media Manager / Content Creator

    Your Role

    • As our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand online.
    • You’ll craft compelling posts, shoot and edit short-form videos, manage ads, and help us stand out in a crowded digital world.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage content across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
    • Create engaging videos, graphics, and written content for campaigns and daily posts
    • Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive reach and conversions
    • Monitor and optimize ad performance using analytics and insights
    • Stay on top of social trends, challenges, and platform updates
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align messaging and visuals

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager
    • Experience managing and optimizing paid social ads
    • Strong storytelling skills — written, visual, and video
    • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • A creative mind with a sharp sense of timing and audience engagement
    • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

    Administrative Assistant

    Description

    • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Admin Manager in keeping our gears turning.
    • At JxWorx, we bridge the gap between digital mobile applications and physical engineering equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our office operations, procurement processes, and team coordination are as efficient as the tools we build.

    Key Responsibilities

    • General Administration: Assist the Admin Manager in daily office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining an organized digital and physical workspace.
    • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, coordinate internal meetings between software and hardware teams, and organize travel arrangements for field testing or client demos.
    • Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and tracking orders for engineering components, office supplies, and prototype materials.
    • Document Management: Help prepare and format technical reports, project proposals, and internal memos.
    • Communication Hub: Act as a point of contact for vendors and service providers; manage incoming inquiries via email and phone.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace. Experience with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or Asana) is a bonus.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

    Graphics - UI / UX Designer

    Description

    • We are looking for a versatile Designer to lead the visual and experiential direction of our products.
    • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from creating the brand identity and marketing assets to architecting seamless user journeys for our mobile applications and digital interfaces for physical engineering equipment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user interviews with engineers and end-users to understand pain points. Create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to solve complex workflow problems.
    • UI Design: Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect interfaces for iOS and Android apps. Ensure the digital experience remains consistent with the physical ergonomics of our engineering tools.
    • Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes (using Figma or Adobe XD) to test logic and usability before handing designs off to the engineering team.
    • Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality visual assets for marketing, including social media graphics, pitch decks, technical illustration for manuals, and product packaging.
    • Design-to-Development Handoff: Work closely with software and hardware engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
    • Design System Management: Maintain and expand our internal design library (icons, components, typography) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

    Soft Skills & Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience: 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a tech startup.
    • Problem-Solving: The ability to simplify "heavy" technical features into "light" user experiences.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment where requirements may shift based on engineering breakthroughs.

    Skills:

    • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
    • Visual Communication: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to turn complex engineering data into clean, readable infographics.
