    Application Developer - Onsite

    Job Summary

    The Tranter Group consists of six companies that are industry leaders in IT Services, Construction and Renovation, Health and hospitality. As we work in highly competitive markets, our client base consists of top organizations across industries in Nigeria including 75% of the commercial banks in Nigeria.

    As the Application Developer, you will work with the Client’s Development Team to integrate APIs. 

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science or any other technology disciplines
    • 1-3 years practical experience in software application development.
    • Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask or Pyramid)
    • Experience with DevOps

    Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Summary

    Provide HR generalist advice and support to Line Managers and employees on a wide range of HR areas including Resource Planning (recruitment) training and development etc. within the Operations department.

    Reporting line

    This role reports to the VP HR & Admin

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with operational leads to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to
    • support organizational change initiatives in line with business needs
    • Provide advice and support to Managers and employees relating to HR policies and procedures to create understanding and awareness across the company.
    • Drive and coordinate a comprehensive internship (pre & post university) program to achieve the objective of maintaining a steady pool of engineers ready for deployment to ITO on-site support.

    Requirements/Qualifications 

    • Degree in Business or Social sciences
    • Minimum of 5 years experience within the Telecoms and ICT industry
    • Human Resources Certification
    • Hands-on knowledge of HR across all disciplines demonstrated especially in talent resourcing
    • Microsoft Software proficiency
    • Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Immigration requirements
    • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Labour Law.
    • Prior experience in an international, multicultural/diverse organization
