    Content Curator & Digital Marketing Officer

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Content Curator & Digital Marketing Officer to lead the strategic, operational, and growth activities of the SILF Jobs Platform. This role combines platform management, content curation, and digital marketing responsibilities to ensure quality service delivery, strong user engagement, and sustainable growth.

    The ideal candidate will oversee daily platform operations, curate authentic job listings, develop and implement digital marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, partners, and donors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic oversight and ensure smooth daily operations of the platform.
    • Source, vet, format, and upload authentic, up-to-date job opportunities across sectors and regions.
    • Maintain content quality, consistency, and relevance across the website, WhatsApp broadcasts, and social media channels.
    • Manage the platform’s online presence, including social media engagement, email newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts, and SEO optimization.
    • Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, user growth, and brand visibility.
    • Monitor and analyze platform analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Engage with job seekers, employers, and partners to enhance user satisfaction and service uptake.
    • Represent SILF in meetings, webinars, and strategic discussions with external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to fundraising efforts through platform-based revenue generation and donor relations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, ICT, Business, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
    • 3–5 years’ experience in platform management, digital marketing, or content management, preferably in the nonprofit or recruitment sector.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
    • Excellent writing, editing, and content curation skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS) and digital marketing tools.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an Operations & Partnerships Officer to oversee administrative operations, financial management, customer support, and strategic partnerships for the SILF Jobs Platform. This is a highly versatile role that blends operational efficiency with relationship building and revenue management to ensure platform sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction.

    The successful candidate will manage day-to-day admin processes, coordinate user support, maintain financial records, and cultivate partnerships with NGOs, training institutes, employers, and donors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative & Customer Support

    • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the platform.
    • Handle inquiries and complaints from users via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
    • Maintain accurate records of subscriptions, job postings, and service requests.
    • Support the CV bank and membership management system to ensure efficiency.

    Partnerships & Outreach

    • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with NGOs, employers, training institutes, and other strategic partners.

    • Represent SILF at networking events, forums, and partnership meetings.
    • Draft partnership proposals and sponsorship packages to attract corporate and donor support.

    Finance & Accounts
