    Sales/Customer Service Associate

    SUMMARY

    In this role, you will serve as the first line of contact for walk in customers. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and assisting them to find outfits that meet their needs. You will be required to adequately guide the customer through the store and convince them to make a purchase.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet customers, respond to questions and provide outstanding customer service.
    • Take and manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
    • Respond to online enquiries, process and fulfill order requests.
    • Book shipments for delivery.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Guide and advise customers on product selection.
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor.
    • Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
    • Generate sales leads & meet sales targets.
    • Cross-sell products to increase sales.
    • Ensure shopping experiences are memorable for all walk in customers.
    • Assist customers in the fitting room.
    • Anticipate customer needs and provide data for sales forecasts.
    • Prepare and maintain sales records and reports for upper management.
    • Monitor and analyze sales/market trends.
    • Take daily stock count, monitor and maintain inventory levels.
    • Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor promptly.
    • Ensure the overall cleanliness, health & safety regulations of the store daily.
    • Responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent acts.
    • Stay on top of the latest fashion trends and styles.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business, and finance.
    • 1 to 3 years experience in direct sales.
    • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

    Production Assistant

    Summary

    In this role, you are to provide assistance to the production team with production processes and perform finishing on garments as instructed.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist with the production of garments.
    • Work closely with machinists to build sewing skills.
    • Tack garments.
    • Iron and steam garments when required.
    • Keep the production station tidy and organized at all times.
    • Run errands for the production team.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • SSCE or OND in a related field
    • No sewing skill required.

    Pattern Maker

    SUMMARY

    In this role, you will be required to study design models, create templates. and design final patterns for production. You are also required to translate the ideas of the designer into a reliable and repeatable pattem that can be used by the production team.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interpret sketches. draft patterns and adapt existing patterns.
    • Trace outlines to cardboard patterns and cut patterns into parts to make templates.
    • Create a master patterns for each size within a range of garment sizes. using charts, drafting Instruments. computers, and /or grading devices.
    • Position and cut out master or sample patterns. using scissors, or print out copies of patterns. using computers.
    • Create rough-draft templates using computer drafting software when required or freehand techniques.
    • Measure, cut and design patterns on materials.
    • Grade patterns into different sizes
    • Attend fittings when required.
    • Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7 to 10 years experience in the fashion industry.
    • B.Sc. of HND In fashion design/ related fieid.
    • Certification in pattem making.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience as a Patternmaker.
    • Ability to read and interpret design models.
    • Experience with measuring, snipping and cutting tools.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Must be able to create original pattern blocks.
    • Abilitv to multitask and work within deadines.
    • Must be friendly and have a strong customer service orientation.

    Marketing Executive

    SUMMARY

    MARKETING EXECUTIVE

    In this role, you are responsible for promoting the brand via traditional and digital means, managing the brand's market position, and overseeing sales and marketing processes. You are also to ensure that sales and marketing targets are met, and steps taken to meet set targets are in line with the brand's policies and standards.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the management of digital channels.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
    • Plan and oversee campaign/promotion activities.
    • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying fashion trends and new market opportunities.
    • Curate trendy and relatable content (including the curation of content copywriting fashion writing focus).

    • Create and edit video content on digital channels e.g. reels, Instagram stories, ete.

    • Manage the company website including managing uploads; track, report, and advise regarding the improvement of the website traffic flow.
    • Social Media Management including uploading images and videos on all social media platforms.

    • Create and implement content calendars for all digital channels.
    • Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
    • Monitor and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
    • Manage recruitment processes for the marketing department.
    • Provide recommendations on training and development.
    • Promote the brand through marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure that content uploaded on the company website and digital channels are accurate and in line with company policies.
    • Supervise and review tasks performed by the digital channel officer.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3 to 5 years work experience
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Photography and photo editing capabilities; Videography and Video editing capabilities.

    Production Lead

    SUMMARY

    In this role, you are to ensure that production processes run efficiently by planning, coordinating, controlling, and leading the production team. The individual will be responsible for cutting (with the pattern maker) & performing quality control across all production phases. You will be required to work closely with the designer and supervise pattern makers, tailors, finishers to achieve desired results and exceed clients' expectations.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement strategies for improving production timelines.
    • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production team.
    • Supervise production team and processes involving pattern making, quality control, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
    • Advise management on specialized machinery.
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies for seamless operations.
    • Review production requirements and specifications to identify and avoid or resolve production issues.
    • Plan production meetings, production activities, team schedules, and machine maintenance schedules.
    • Manage and monitor team members to achieve daily production targets.
    • Identify skill gaps and recommend training where necessary.
    • Create, cut, and grade patterns where necessary.
    • Ensure fabric and production materials are of good quality.
    • Oversee production process and curtail waste.
    • Ensure that machinists, tailors, finishers, and pattern makers comply with workplace safety standards.
    • Set quality standards and ensure compliance
    • Ensure garments are finished to meet client company specifications.

    Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends & construction techniques.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7 to 10 years experience in the fashion industry.
    • Bachelor's degree Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
    • Certification in pattem making.
    • Professional certification in fashion is a plus.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team.
    • Must be able to multitask.
    • Outstanding time management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
