    Tax Accountant

    Key Responsibilities (Summary):

    • Prepare and monitor daily financial reports
    • Post journal entries, confirm customer payments, and reconcile accounts
    • Track income and expenditure across cash and bank journals
    • Process payment requests and maintain proper documentation
    • Support internal financial controls across service centers
    • Prepare and file accurate tax returns within deadlines
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax audits
    • Provide tax planning and advisory support to management

    Requirements:

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 1–3 years experience in tax and account
    • Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency (e.g., QuickBooks)
    • Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
    • High attention to detail and integrity

    HR Business Partner – Ogba

    Work Mode: Monday–Saturday (for the first month), alternate Saturdays afterward

    Job Summary:

    OPPO Nigeria is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Ogba. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals.

    Applicants residing in or around Ogba, Lagos are strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in line with company policy and labor laws.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through effective communication and team initiatives.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
    • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and sales objectives.
    • Support daily HR operations and handle additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or structured environment.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Must reside in or close to Ogba, Lagos.
