    • Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.

    • Take customer orders and accurately deliver food and beverages.

    • Present menu, provide detailed information and upsell additional products.

    • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

    Job Responsibilities

    Sales/Customer Service Spa Specialist

    Our client, a Victoria Island-based Spa, is hiring a sales/customer service spa specialist to manage customer queries and complaints and make in-house sales. 

    To do well in this role, you need to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Familiarity with spa products is a plus.

    Illustrator Responsibilities:

    • Combine painting, hand-drawn, and digitally produced pictures to create comprehensive illustrations.

    • Assure that printed illustrations adhere to colour and quality specifications.

    Illustrator Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in fine arts.

    • Illustration portfolio.

    • Illustrator or graphic designer experience, or anything similar is preferred.

    • Use of computer-aided design (CAD) software in the workplace.

    • Skills in drawing, painting, and digital drawing.

    • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and other design software.

    • Ability to be under duress and meet deadlines.
