    Retail Auditor

    Job Description

    • The retail auditor will be responsible for evaluating risks and controls within the business environment to assure the highest level of operational efficiency.
    • Organizing and conducting quality audits and reports using the financial enterprise services retail audit, and advising multiple levels of retail field management and other departments regarding retail controls and processes that have been identified as risks or control gaps.
    • The retail auditor will perform additional reporting as required to assist various business departments.
    • The retail auditor will be responsible for carrying out audit checks and cycle count.
    • The retail auditor will be responsible to deal with finances or inventory, overseeing compliance with regulations, monitoring customer service practices, conducting annual audits of retail outlets using detailed audit program template, assist and review internal controls surrounding the operations, security and safety of individual shops and stores.
    • The retail auditor will provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations, reports and escalates any overdue audit recommendations and significant operational issues; and contributes to the planning and scheduling of audits

    Requirements

    • Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Experience of 2+ years in retail management is preferred.
    • Knowledge of retail processes, systems, and controls is important.
    • MS Word and Excel skills are required.
    • Skill in handling multiple levels of management is also essential.

    Marketing Executive (Pharmaceutical)

    Responsibilities

    • Assess clients needs and present suitable products
    • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products by employing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
    • Provide complete and beneficial product information including side effects
    • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
    • Work with sales team and Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
    • Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted group in the decision making process
    • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
    • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data

    Requirements and Skills

    • First Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry or other medical related fields with 1-3 years experience
    • Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales
    • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    Logistics Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting with the entire logistics process
    • Maintaining an inventory of all incoming and outgoing products
    • Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery
    • Undertaking any clerical duties such as filing documents
    • Following industry best practices and safety standards
    • Assisting the logistics manager with all supply chain activities
    • Handling any delivery issues and complaints
    • Working with the warehouse staff to manage and coordinate daily logistics operations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar discipline with 1-3 years experience
    • Previous work experience in the Logistics Industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Strong time management and communication skills
    • High level of customer service
    • Ability to work for long hours and lift heavy products
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
