Key elements of the role

• Survey all locations and store, repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

Desired Skills & Experience:

• OND in Electrical Engineering & Trade test certification or Technical school certificate
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• OND or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be an added advantage
• Exhibits good planning and organization skills
• Very good verbal & written communications skills
• High level of Integrity

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Drive the Company’s motor cycle in a safe, legal and professional way
• Deliver products and mails to assigned destinations.
• Picking and delivering products to specified destinations
• Maintain assigned motorcycle in clean, polished flawless operating condition
• Prepare and maintain records related to motorcycle operations and condition
• Report  trips made daily
• Report faults observed on motorcycle Ensure that a valid rider’s license is held at all times and is available for inspection when requested
• Alert Admin promptly of any faults developed by the motorcycle
• Ensure that a clean company uniform is correctly worn at all times when on duty

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of Ordinary Level Certificate/ Secondary School Certificate

• A valid Rider’s Permit
• Minimum of 2 years professional riding experience
• Ability to effectively use and maintain motorbikes
• Ability to pay attention to detail and safety
• Good knowledge of road network
• Ability to read and write
• Good customer service orientation
• Residents of  Old GRA, Nmamdi Azikwe Rd, Mile 1, GRA Phase 2, and its environs

• Handle Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Ensure adequate inventory of allocated section
