    Personal Assistant

    Responsibilities for Personal Assistant

    • Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
    • Record notes and messages for the employer
    • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
    • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
    • Perform as a liaison between the employer and staff as required
    • Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary
    • Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
    • Read and write correspondence in mail or email 
    • Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
    • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications

    Job Description

    • Helps to implement the organization’s vision in the Primary and Nursery section by working side by side the School  Management in providing leadership and coordinating all educational activities for both staff and pupils of the school.
    • Provides developmental insights during management review meetings and required support for operational effectiveness.

    Job Description

    • Develop a careful and creative program suitable for pupils
    • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. 
    • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. 
    • Encourage children to interact with each other. 
    • Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum. 
    • Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times. 
    • Track children’s progress and give appropriate feedback.
