    Client Relationship Officer

    • Ensure all clients are satisfied with services provided and work with existing clients for referrals
    • Design a satisfaction survey and ensure it is filled by clients
    • Create a tracker that captures all deliverables and liaise with the project team to ensure quality and timely delivery of service
    • Create a tracker to manage client information; inquiries, complaints e.t.c for effective follow up
    • Provide HR Advisory and Recruitment support to clients
    • Develop marketing strategies to increase the number of Retainership Clients

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND in a related field
    • Proven experience working in Business Development and Customer Relationship
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good commercial and people skills

    Business Advisory Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day administration and support of the SME Institute
    • Provide Support in investment management
    • Develop business plans for various businesses across varying sectors
    • Create content in line with the Institute’s needs for social media sites.
    • Liaise with media team in creating promotional strategies to publicize the activities of the institute
    • Accurately profile businesses, while providing effective feedback and follow-up
    • Liaise with team lead on creative and innovative ways to improve processes
    • Liaise with stakeholders for Equity financing
    • Maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders
    • Handle customer queries and complaints
    • Maximize profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
    • Effectively manage and report sales and financial records

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND
    • Intermediate knowledge of investment banking
    • Good business development/sales knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good commercial and people skills
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to work effectively without external supervision
    • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
    • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft office packages and other equivalents
