    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Generate demand for assigned products across the territory
    •  Achieve sales targets and territory objectives aligned with commercial plans
    •  Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with key healthcare providers
    •  Execute sales strategies, tactical activity plans, and MCCP effectively
    •  Deliver personalized, value-based product messaging tailored to customer needs

    •  Ability to execute omni-channel (face-to-face and virtual) engagements effectively
    •  Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and sales data
    •  Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
    •  Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
    •  Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities within a territory

    Sales Representative

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
    •  3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution
    •  Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills
    •  Excellent territory planning and customer management ability
    •  Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
    •  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
