    Customer Service Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for Improving overall customer satisfaction by providing support, resolving customer complaints, and leaving a positive and top-quality customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Promptly respond to customer queries via email and social media channels.
    • Resolving customer complaints, and suggesting solutions for common problems
    • Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
    • Liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
    • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement.
    • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
    • Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone, or on social media
    • Receiving orders, calculating charges, and processing payments
    • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
    • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
    • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
    • Preparing documents and reports, to update the customer database

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
    • 2 years of cognate experience in customer service
    • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required.
    • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
    • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
    • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.

    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for the position of Human Resource Manager role who will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives as aligned with the overall business strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide the right mix of human resource support services in line with the company’s policies. Review and implement HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company.
    • Assess the company’s Human Resource needs and develop an approved plan of action to address the needs within the broad direction provided by the company.
    • Ensure that all company HR and welfare policies, systems, programs, and actions comply with local social and labor legislation as well as comply with the company’s code of conduct.
    • Maintain industrial peace and harmony in the company by ensuring unhindered, regular, open, formal, and informal communication between employees and management respectively. Ensure the recruitment, selection, and induction of employees into positions through a cost-effective, fair, and non-discriminatory recruitment and selection process.
    • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
    • Review and advise management on staffing plans as part of the annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with performance goals, expansion plans, transformation requirements, and other needs
    • Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure all employees receive a timely evaluation
    • Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
    • Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
    • Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HRmethodologies and labor laws
    • Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
    • Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.

    Requirements and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or any related discipline.
    • 10 years proven experience as HR manager
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Excellent people management skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization

    Marketing and PR Manager

    Job Description

    • We are in need of a Product marketing manager to develop effective marketing strategies and plans, to communicate our products features and benefits to both new and existing customers.
    • Our Ideal candidate would conduct market research on company products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing, guide sales teams, and develop campaigns around products to attract active customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
    • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
    • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments

    • Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.
    • Create and manage budgets for the product.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • 5 years + experience in product or partner marketing experience or a related field
    • Strong sales enablement
    • Experience working in a start-up or scaling business
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must be proactive and able to drive the team to achieve results
