    Managing Director

    Requirements 

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or equivalent professional qualification.
    • Post graduate degree in business and/or management.
    • Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ post NYSC experience with at least seven (7) years’ preferably in senior management position in relevant and related field.
    • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a similar role with strong operational focus.
    • Proven success delivering high levels of sustainable profit and revenue growth.
    • Substantial previous healthcare business management experience, managing human and financial resources.
    • Digital savvy: must understand the digital world and the disruptive opportunities being created.

    Responsibilities 

    • Define and articulate the business’ strategic direction and ambition, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives as defined by the Board.
    • Cascade the strategic objectives of the business to the respective units and locations and champion the implementation of plans for achieving the set goals.
    • Review periodic management reports on the activities of the business locations for the Board’s review and propose actionable recommendations to ensure that targets are met.
    • Monitor the Fertility and IVF sector of the industry including local and global trends to ensure that the business is able to maintain and sharpen its competitive positioning and advantage.
    • Develop and maintain strategic alliances and relationships with key organisations, and partners and champion the formulation of strategic business alliance.
    • Ensure the business’ overall business growth is in accordance with the Board objectives and business plans and establish performance goals to track the attainment of set goals
    • Examine all financial investments and major capital expenditure for the businesses and make recommendations to the Board.
    • Serve as the approving authority for financial operations, transactions, and activities for the Fertility business

    Chief Operating Officer

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or related field (MBA or advanced certification is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ senior leadership experience in operations, preferably in media, broadcasting, or nonprofit sectors.
    • Proven record in driving organizational growth, digital transformation, and strategic planning.
    • Strong background in business strategy, finance, and operations.
    • Experience leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance audience engagement and operational efficiency.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in radio/media/broadcasting operations is highly desirable.

    Responsibilities

    • In fulfilling his or her operational responsibilities, the successful candidate will:
    • Lead day-to-day operations and ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Design and implement systems, processes, and strategies for growth and sustainability.
    • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to align operations with strategic goals.
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize content delivery, advertising, and audience engagement.
    • Oversee marketing, PR, and audience growth strategies across FM, digital, and social media platforms.
    • Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
    • Serve as the primary spokesperson and represent the station with stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
    • Strengthen community engagement through outreach programs, events, and partnerships with women-focused and mission-aligned organizations.
    • Anticipate technological disruptions and position the station for future growth and competitiveness.

    Corporate Driver

    Key Responsibilities:

    • ⁠Must maintain contact with the MD’s personal assistant and logistic officer at all times for changes in itinerary.
    • Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
    • Interact with clients professionally where necessary.
    • Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled, washed, and ready for use.
    • Responsible for checking and maintaining the vehicle’s fluid system and expected to immediately report any problems with the vehicle’s operation.
    • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed and requested.
    • Report and keep mileage and repair records up-to-date

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Driver with a clean driving record.
    • ⁠Strong knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations.
    • Minimum qualification: SSCE, a higher qualification will be an added advantage
    • Valid driver\'s license
    • Proximity to work is key: he must reside within Ikeja and environs
    • He must report for work at 6:30 am daily and as instructed by the M.D.
    • Must maintain good personal appearance and hygiene
    • Must be open to work late and on weekends – Monday to Saturday work schedule
    • Great communication skills
