    Sales Operations Associate

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collect, organize, and maintain sales data in CRM systems or databases.

    • Analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Partnership Manager to lead and grow strategic OEM and ISV relationships. This role is central to expanding our partner portfolio, driving tier and specialty growth, and executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives that generate measurable, partnership-led revenue. You will ensure our partnerships remain aligned with business strategy, compliant with standards, and responsive to market needs.

    Finance Officer

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Finance Officer to support the execution of day-to-day finance operations, manage core financial processes such as payroll, reporting, budgeting support, procurement governance, billing, reconciliations, and ensure administrative and statutory compliance across CIL NG and CIL UK.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute the full monthly payroll process with a target of zero errors.
    • Actively support system automation and testing for financial processes.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial  reports and reconciliations.
    • Maintain precise payroll records and ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets.
    • Generate and analyze quarterly variance reports.
    • Support ad-hoc requests for financial modelling, forecasting, and cost analysis.
    • Prepare and submit all necessary invoices, reconciliations, and compliance reports for CIL UK\\\'s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
    • Maintain comprehensive BPO documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA compliance ≥95%).
    • Complete 100% of required UK compliance and financial standards training.
    • Conduct meticulous invoice verification for both CIL NG and CIL UK.
    • Ensure timely completion of all transactions, billing entries, and reconciliations.
    • Strictly apply the vendor verification checklist to all potential and existing suppliers.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor database and related documentation.
    • Support the implementation and communication of procurement policy updates.
    • Maintain an organized system for filing, documentation, and ensure all financial records are audit-ready.
    • Respond promptly to internal audit queries and ensure timely close-out of all corrective actions.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a core finance function (e.g., Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, or Payroll administration).
    • Demonstrable experience executing error-free payroll processes and handling statutory remittances.
    • Experience with financial systems, ERP software, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in Nigeria (NG) and/or the UK.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
    • Exceptional precision and accuracy, particularly in payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.
    • Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
    • A proactive approach to ensuring all financial operations comply with internal policies and external statutory requirements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide strategic insights.

    Education

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an Event Marketer who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of market-access and demand events designed to connect the organisation with key enterprise decision-makers. This role is critical in supporting the business\'s pipeline creation goals through effective event management and digital amplification.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute a variety of events, including executive breakfasts and sector-focused gatherings.
    • Manage all event logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Design and implement end-to-end event journeys, incorporating digital touchpoints such as registration, lead nurture, and follow-up.
    • Leverage digital channels, including LinkedIn, email, and partner platforms, to amplify events.

    • Proven ability to manage vendors, timelines, and budgets for multiple simultaneous events.
    • Proficiency in designing and executing digital event journeys and using digital platforms for content amplification.
    • Strong skills in tracking, analysing, and reporting on event performance, including lead generation and ROI.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

    Education

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
