    Accounting Officer

    Location: Jos, Plateau

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of foam products, is seeking to hire an Accounting Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and processing invoices
    • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
    • Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable
    • Sending bills and invoices to clients
    • Tracking organization expenses
    • Processing refunds
    • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
    • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND degree

    Production Manager

    Location: Lagos & Sango Ota

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of foam products, is seeking to hire a Production Manager to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and support SHEQ initiatives and objectives.
    • Define, propose and implement the annual production.
    • Cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
    • Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
    • Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
    • Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.
    • Manage all teams within your production department (contracts/leave/pay).
    • Create and implement organisational/production changes on an operative level.
    • Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.

    Distribution Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines.
    • Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistance whenever needed.
    • Perform resource allocation and workload assignment as per project needs.
    • Assist in recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
    • Assist in receiving, storing, rotating and handling products in warehouses.
    • Maintain documentations for products received and shipped.
    • Coordinate deliveries of materials as per company policies and customer demands.
    • Monitor and track the status of products shipped.
    • Address customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Inform customers about their shipping status and delays if any.
    • Conduct trainings to new hires when required.
    • Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements.

    • A graduate degree in Accounting, Economics, finance or other business-related field
    • 2- 5 years quantitative experience as a credit analyst
    • Gathering information about clients
    • Reading financial briefings
    • Assessing, analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
    • Undertaking risk analysis by developing statistical models
    • Visiting clients
