    Private Wealth Advisor

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for creating and growing new and existing private wealth and HNI/UHNI relationships across the ARM Group to grow Funds Under Management (FUM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management spanning assets management, estate planning, and a proven ability to manage high net worth client relationships

    Manager, Private Wealth

    • The Manager, Private Wealth is responsible for overseeing a team of Private Wealth Advisors across all ARM Subsidiary businesses dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The role involves driving assets and revenue growth and ensuring client retention through excellent service standards. The successful candidate will possess deep financial expertise, strong leadership ability, and experience in managing HNWI relationships within a structured wealth management environment

    • Assets and Revenue growth: Drive asset and revenue growth through new client acquisition, client retention, and share of wallet expansion; delivering customized solutions in financial planning, investment management, securities brokerage, and estate planning. 
    •  Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted wealth advisor, managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering tailored investment, brokerage and estate planning solutions. The ideal candidate must also conduct regular client reviews and ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
    • Team Leadership & Performance:

    Digital Performance & Campaign Management

    • Design, deploy, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, email, and ARM digital assets) to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
    • Manage full-funnel campaign performance, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention, to meet business KPIs.
    • Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including event tracking, conversion tracking, and tag management across websites and apps.

    Advanced Data Analytics & Insights

    Experience

    Head, Execution

    Job Summary

    • Combines strong transaction delivery skills with people leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to scale institutional processes.     Key Responsibilities

    Transaction Execution & Delivery

    • Lead and oversee the execution of all investment banking transactions, including but not limited to Capital raises (equity and debt), Mergers and acquisitions, Financial advisory and restructuring mandates and Structured finance and private capital transactions.
    • Ensure transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal risk standards.
    • Take primary responsibility for complex or high-profile mandates, acting as deal captain where required.
    • Review and sign off on key transaction materials including financial models, investment memoranda, pitch books, information memoranda, and transaction documentation.

    Team Leadership & Capability Building

    • Support recruitment and onboarding of execution talent.
    • Provide direct leadership to execution teams across different product verticals and client segments.
    • Set clear execution standards, timelines, and accountability across deal teams.
    • Coach, mentor, and develop Associates, and Analysts, with a strong focus  on technical excellence and professional judgment.
    • Work with the MD to build leadership depth and succession within the execution function.

    Client Coverage & Relationship Support

    • Support the MD on selective client coverage, particularly for strategic accounts, complex transactions, and repeat clients.
    • Act as a senior execution-facing contact for clients during live transactions, ensuring confidence in delivery and responsiveness.
    • Independently manage relationships for a limited portfolio of clients, contributing to origination where appropriate.
    • Help convert executed mandates into long-term advisory relationships.

    Process, Quality & Scale

    • Institutionalize best-in-class execution processes, templates, and quality control standards across the firm.
    • Improve deal execution efficiency as transaction volumes grow, without compromising quality or risk management.
    • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure robust transaction governance.
    • Drive post-deal reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve execution outcomes.

    Strategic & Management Responsibilities

    • Serve as a key thought partner to the MD on firm-wide strategy, execution capacity planning, and growth priorities.

    Requirements

    Education & Professional Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
    • MBA, MSc, ACA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred
    • 10–15+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
    • Proven track record of leading execution on complex transactions in Nigeria (and preferably across Africa)
    • Demonstrated expertise in transaction execution and ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently in a high-pressure environment

    Other Requirements:

    • Deep technical expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring
    • Strong project management and execution discipline
