Achieving key profitable targets: e.g. demand order received, revenues, Ebit, product mix, overdue limit, Net price variance management by executing pre-planned activities according to ELDS specific segment strategy, creating, developing, implementing and communicating a clear Electrification specific market-based segment strategy including direct business , channel partners and EPC project sales for the allocated sector/s
Responsible of gathering, understanding & analyzing the information regarding allocated segment to anticipate the evolution and future trends of the specific segment, i.e., the customer’s processes, organization, decision makers, strategy, vision/projects and partners with the business to drive profitability, introduce ABB products to the consultants and develop new markets. Advising on local trends, needs and issues related to product development/features, creating and delivering the allocated segment plans and achieves targets, within budget and facilitating the coordination of cross-functional activities, resources and established key matrix relationships
Planning and implementing promotional activities together with sales, marketing, technical promotor and channel managers, identifying the Segment customers who could be potential buyers, by understanding the segment needs in order to create value for the end-customer and creating offers and proposals including service activities for allocated segment customers in line with other ABB sales offers
Carrying on the Segment strategy including direct, channel, and project sales ensures there is no overlap or conflict with other sales and channel activities to achieve short- and long-term results, providing Segment strategy input for the sales team, implements and ensures regular follow-up, identifying and monitors the price and harmonizes pricing with the Division price levels
Collecting, analyzing and distributing the segment surveys and figures to build a deep understanding of customer trends, competitors, pricing, product applications and services & tools from the segment point of view, creating & maintaining a loyal and long-term sustainable relationship with segment customers and segment associations. Ensuring customer satisfaction
Processing ownership of the segment management process and responsible to ensure that all segment related processes are properly organized and followed-up. Managing and driving Segment training by conducting regular training seminars in conjunction with local sales and minimizing risks e.g. related the agreements, contracts and offers. Fully compliant regarding business ethics and integrity
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering or Mechatronics
Minimum 1to 2 years of experience in relevant field
Experience in sales management
Fluency in English language is mandatory

Your responsibilities
Supporting current PBs., investigating the markets of panel builders and selecting proper candidates in different geographical locations based on business plan and sales targets. Following up with the related departments inside ABB to issue the agreement with new panel builders during 2023
Active customer satisfaction by supporting and understanding their requests for (sending required offers on time, fast response – Technical support – Training requests – Problems solving –Orders follow up – budget identify – conflict absorbing- marketing tools - etc.). Organizing seminars, launch the new products and ABB tools and strategies to the certified panel builders
Monitoring the strategy of our competitors against their panel builders and performing the related SWOT analysis, qualifying & approving the authorized panel builders to be included at the vendor list of the consultants, regular supervision on the PBs to guarantee the level of quality. Providing technical and application assistance for the allocated customers including ABB Software for designing
Managing, tracking, and reporting status on each of these Customers at least monthly to the superior and the local LP manager, promoting ABB original products and systems and the customer benefits, not only related to the Business Unit and to increase the awareness of the panel builders about recognizing the fake products
Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events organized by others, continuously analyzing and pay frequent visits to the market to ensure thorough knowledge and input to the business and marketing plan
Developing strategies, action plans on stock and price management, stick to ABB procedures, instructions and guidelines, communicating effectively horizontally & vertically within his organization. Understanding strategic direction and articulate it in a clear manner to different levels of Customers
Preparing the order documents for registration and follow whole cycle of the sales transactions to ensure smooth and full execution including full payment collection
Your background

Performing complex administrative activities and taking responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs
Researching, compiling and issuing special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc., responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
Implementing ABB processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Coach, and having solid line manager responsibility for more junior administration staff
