    Graphic Designer Intern (NYSC)

    • We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern with 1 year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have a strong portfolio, and be eager to contribute to various projects while growing their skills.

    This is role is on-site

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, brochures, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute them.
    • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all designs.
    • Edit and retouch images as required.
    • Stay updated with design trends and best practices.

    Key Requirements:

    • one year experience as a graphic designer.
    • Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    Key Responsibilities

    Procurement Duties

    Supplier Sourcing & Management

    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.

    Contract Management

    • Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements.

    Quantity Surveying Duties

    • Prepare tender documentation, including bills of quantities (BoQs).
    • Evaluate tender submissions and recommend the best bids.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Produce financial reports and advise stakeholders on project costs.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to improve cost-effectiveness.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Essential Skills

    • Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIPS) is preferred.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Promoting the company's brand image and introducing company’s product to the market in line with achieving set targets.
    • Maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
    • Anticipating new sales/marketing opportunities.
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales/marketing goals.

    • We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will analyze existing budgets and make improvements, review plans and prepare quantity estimates, negotiate with various contractors and vendors, and build relationships with clients and site managers.

    Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
