    Marketing Associate

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Spacefinish Africa.
    • As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    General Responsibilities

    • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that will help strengthen our brand, communicate business solutions and drive sales.
    • Develop and assist content creation for website copy, press releases, blog posts, social media platforms and video production.
    • Assist in activating impactful marketing campaigns from conception through execution and evaluation.
    • Support the marketing team to monitor and analyze campaigns performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend data-driven recommendations.
    • Organize and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative internal communications campaigns.

    Content Creation

    • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
    • Collaborating closely with different teams to conceptualize and develop captivating visual content aligned with our brand identity and messaging.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, error-free, and optimized for search engines and user engagement.
    • Managing content production processes, including video shoots, scheduling, and coordination of team members.
    • Assisting in the creation of visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia elements to support various marketing initiatives.

    PR/Advertising

    • Support PR efforts by drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
    • Monitor media coverage and track PR performance metrics.
    • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Collaborate with creative and media teams to produce high-quality ad creative and assets.

    SEO

    • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
    • Ability to conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance metrics.
    • Technical understanding of SEO tools and software to implement UTM tracking, and more.

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar marketing role or related field in a B2B company.

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    • An understanding of B2B marketing principles, communications tenants, and relationship of marketing with cross-functional teams.
    • Communication. At its core, marketing is about communicating to an audience, so communication is a top skill to have for this role.
    • Passion for creativity and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail to create engaging written and video content for different platforms (social media, website, presentations).
    • Has experience with creating presentation decks with PPT and Canva.
    • Has a flair of exploring new technologies and software for marketing automation.
    • Proficiency in any of the following marketing tools; Google Analytics, Wix, Typeform, Email marketing platforms.

    • The Site Manager is responsible for the planning and supervising of a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. He/she will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    Associate Designer

    Job Description

    •  Collaborate with the Lead designers to develop and present design concepts, furniture plans, and layouts
    • Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules Research and source materials, furniture, and accessories
    • Assist with client presentations and meetings
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
