Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations and Personnel Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in recruitment and talent search in a recruitment or professional outsourcing firm
Demonstrated capacity coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process; i.e. advert placement to selection/shortlisting, interview coordination, providing feedback, etc.
Ability to develop & implement strategies for the company’s recruitment process while adhering to the organization's objectives and policies
Track record reviewing and conducting interviews to generate shortlists of quality candidates to meet the role requirements, and also carrying out background checks (when required).
Ability to develop and manage relationships with both clients and internal staff to ensure smooth collaborations in delivering on recruitment mandates.
Minimum of first Degree in the Arts, Sciences, Social sciences, Law, or a relevant discipline
Prior experience managing security services in the Oil and Gas industry (especially the Niger Delta region).
Demonstrated capacity to deal with multidimensional security issues in within typical oil and gas operations.
Sound knowledge and experience using information security and security system technologies to manage/develop security personnel, co-creating and executing the appropriate security strategy and policies.
Prior experience developing and executing a planned routine of security audits, compliance checks, and security investigation review panels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Membership in any of the recognized professional accounting institutions i.e. ICAN, ACCA, etc will be an added advantage.
Between 2-4 years of experience handling the overall accounting or financial function in a structured company.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices to efficiently monitor the business' budgeting and cashflow modeling framework.
Demonstrated capacity carrying out statutory & tax computations for prompt filing while managing the relationships with the appropriate (tax & regulatory compliance) personnel & government authorities
Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company's accounts are up-to-date & in compliance with applicable standards & requirements.
Ability to conduct periodic analytical reviews of the business' monthly operating results while continually enhancing the business' operating profit margin.
