    Administrative Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities and operations.
    • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and electronic).
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents as required.
    • Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
    • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
    • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

    • Knowledge of administrative tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace.
    • Experience supporting HR, procurement, or finance functions.
    • Familiarity with workplace compliance and documentation.

    Legal Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Provide legal advice and support to various departments on business-related matters.
    • Ensure the organization complies with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with external solicitors and follow up on ongoing litigation and court matters.
    • Maintain proper records of legal documents and case files.
    • Assist in company secretarial functions including filing with CAC and attending board meetings.
    • Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law, and industry trends.
    • Support in risk management and policy development.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • LL.B degree from a recognized university; B.L from the Nigerian Law School.
    • 1–3 years post-call experience in legal practice or corporate legal department.
    • Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, property law, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

    • Previous in-house counsel experience.
    • Experience in real estate, finance, or commercial law.
    • Familiarity with CAC filings and documentation.
