    Product Analyst

    Product Analytics

    • Responsible for the development and delivery of consumer benefits through the product/service of the business.

    • Responsible for measuring and monitoring the product or services performance as well as presenting product related consumer, market and competitive intelligence to the product team

    Product Testing

    • Liaising with the user experience team to maintain a seamless use by clients, customers  reducing and eliminating average customer feedback.

    Product Administration and Documentation

    • Product analyst is responsible for the development and proposal of product strategies, innovation, presentation of marketplace outcome as well as product culture development. 

    Product design/Simplification 

    • Responsible for formulating ways in which to package and market products in such a way that they become differentiated, compelling, easy to sell, and easy to buy and use our online platform.

    Product Management and Operations

    • Identification and management of the ongoing rationalization of the business products in order to ensure that there is efficiency and effectiveness in product management

    • The Product Analyst also has the obligation to respond in a timely manner to all requests and enquiries for product information or changes. He also performs the initial product analysis in order to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact.

        Customer/Market Intelligence: 

    • As the Product Analyst you are obligated to drive consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal data sources that improve the business’s understanding of the product’s market, competitor activities, and consumer activities. This is in an effort to enable fact-based decisions that direct the business’s product marketing management endeavors.

    Branch/Sales Manager

    • Working with KPIs which includes new business generation, revenue and gross margin growth, volume growth, daily customer visit, sales activities reporting, CRM pipeline development and forecasting. Ensure to generate high-value pipeline

    • Maximizing sales penetration with each customer by selling the complete range of services

    • Visit and interact with potential customers to understand their needs; with the input of other teams offer customized solution that meets the customers’ requirements

    • Plan customer visits ahead and perform a minimum of 15 quality sales interactions weekly, you will grow your own client pool using different channels – social media inclusive!

    • Keep your customer portfolio updated and expand our customer base with new ones.

    Country Lead(Ghana) – Digital Freight Forwarding

    • To lead  implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales plans to drive sales and revenue

    • Develop & implement the rudiments of a successful sales organisation starting with the structure through to key deliverables 

    • Implement a “sales process” that can be deemed as the “OnePort” way, and can be replicated across all channels as we expand

    • Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of the commercial department’s sales figures (daily – annually)  

    • To be a key player in the development of the ‘go to market’ sales strategy.  

    • To lead on delivering a best-in-class client experience that ensures customer retainership and a key driver of connecting our African clients to global trade  A

    Operations Manager Freight Forwarder (Import and Export) Onne : Digital Freight Forwarding

    CLEARING AND FORWARDING

    • Carry out freight forwarding activities on import and export transactions end to end with support from the operational team.

    • Ensure seamless flow during operational activities

    STRUCTURE AND PROCEDURE

    • Set up processes and procedures for Export and Import operations. 

    • Develop structure for Oneport365 operational activities for the export and import leg of its business operations in lagos.

    • Streamlining process and managing trucking, barging and rail operations for effective inland logistics operations. 

    • Provides input/suggestions into new processes that can be utilised to differentiate Oneport’s Operations from the rest of the market.

    • Provides input/suggestions into new processes that can be utilised with the power of technology to differentiate Oneport’s Operations from the rest of the market.

    COMPLIANCE AND GOVT REGULATION

    • Ensures Oneport is compliant with all relevant regulatory agencies around its operations.

    • Ensures Oneport licenses are extended across all operating terminals/shipping lines and be able to transact with a host of relevant vendors within the logistics and supply chain industry.

    • Always update companies on government policies e.g Customs,NPA and other agencies.

    Product Manager

    • Focus on business value  to customers and ensure market acceptance of the product.
    • Focus more on “why and what “ rather than “how”, i.e show inclination towards the user requirements and acceptance criteria rather than designing the solution
    • Build an in -depth understanding of technology behind the product and interface with the development team to successfully execute your product strategy.
    • Define and track metrics that measure the success of your products/Features including adoption and growth.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management to forecast short term and long term product sales, feature enhancements and customer acceptance.
    • Earn trust to support tough decisions of prioritization, timeline management and meet customer expectations.
    • Drive Adoption of OnePort’s booking platform and utilisation for export/import freight booking across West Africa 
    • Driving the booking platform's value proposition to suit different markets and needs thereby ensuring value is delivered as a win-win to both clients and OnePort 365. 
    • Liaising between Sales (to understand market trends, clients request) and the tech team to develop digital products suitable for the market.
