To lead implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales plans to drive sales and revenue
Develop & implement the rudiments of a successful sales organisation starting with the structure through to key deliverables

Actively sell our story to 3PL vendors; regularly review to ensure quality and the deliverables are constantly met
Develop from scratch, a top-level CRM process/ tool that can produce a “wow” factor in every of our dealings with clients.*
Plan and implement the departmental annual calendar of activities including campaign activities, launches/promotions, fundraising initiatives, special events for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities*
