    Warehouse Administrator

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor activities in oversea freight and 18T section in ensuring efficient treating, issuing and binning process.
    • Treat contents of all stock received for ABUJA branch up to supply to customer and binning to locations within 48 hours of receipt from oversea.
    • Attend and promptly resolve resulting discrepancies. Issues beyond capacity to resolve must be promptly brought to WTL and LM.
    • Implement warehouse activities and actions that would complement and ensure successful conduct of General stock checks i.e. pre-counting exercise.
    • Investigate and liaise WTL for resolutions to variances arising from stock check activities at Lagos in particular _
    • Maintain clean and proper packaging of parts in locations.
    • Co-ordinate and administer the requisition, usage, application and overall upkeep of transaction documents relevant to ABUJA warehouse operations.
    • Coordinate the contamination control activity to meet CAT benchmark.
    • Ensure proper utilization and regular maintenance, or appropriate repair actions of the Warehouse lift trucks' Handling equipment.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • B. Sc HND (Engineering or Business Administration)/IPS or its equivalent
    • qualification with a minimum of 3years relevant experience.
    • The ability to operate a lift truck is an added advantage.
    • Should be computer literate and must be of discern high integrity.

    Warehouse Officer

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure efficient receipting action on cases delivered from the sea/airport by respective clearing Agents, including those delivered by courier suppliers and contractors.
    • Overseas cases received opened or with mixed items are given prompt and conclusive attention.
    • Ensure that all overseas order received for branches are urgently dispatched with corresponding documents within 24hours of receipt.
    • Take custody and tally all packages for loading to consigned branches and ensure they are well protected to avoid damages to the items in transit.
    • Prepare an update report on cases short delivered from clearing agents and on cases dispatched to branches through courier agents, i.e. LIPS.
    • Ensure proper recording, distribution and filling of all documents involved in various processing stages.
    • Manage the total inventory in the warehouse.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • B.Sc./HND in any discipline with 2 years relevant experience.

    Product Support Sales Representative- Marine

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Visiting customers in the Region (old and new), prospecting for parts, unit sales and service opportunities and as well seek for regular patronage.
    • Sell and implement product support programs such as CTS, REMAN, SOS, etc. on a regular basis.
    • Prepare relevant quotations and/or tenders (accurate and complete to requirement), present to customers, arrange follow-up activities as desired, and ensure conversion to affective sales.
    • Ensure prompt delivery of parts or services (including backordered items) and corresponding invoices to engender customer satisfaction and early payment as they fall due.

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • Responsible to Carryout SPE Designs and Supervision.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop drawing of SPE, Site Layout, P&ID.

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • Responsible to Carryout Electrical/Panel wiring as specified in the circuit diagram and ensure that electrical/wiring jobs are done in a safe manner

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving electrical related issues in all industrial CNC machines in the factory
    • Carryout Electrical/Panel wiring repairs and maintenance.

    Internal Sales Representative

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contact customers to present multi-brand parts and services and answer all technical and commercial inquiries
    • Inform customers by phone about new product offerings
    • Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for his/her supervisor or manager's review and approval
    • Present relevant technical publications as appropriate to customers and explain benefits advantages of the multi-brand products, with comparison to OEM and OE products
