Core Skill set:

• Data Product designing, Pricing and Customer Life Cycle Management for retail customers. Experience in designing products for Enterprise customers would be an added plus.
• Applicant must have exposure to 4G LTE and 4G LTE VOLTE domains – both Data based and Voice based products
• Candidate must have handled campaign management tools and have the ability to conceptualize
• ,configure and operate segmented offers for identified segments of customers
• Higher skill levels in
• analyzing and understanding customer usage/behavior related data
• bringing out relevant/actionable insights
• conceptualizing products based upon insights to maximize revenue generation
• Applicant must have the ability to devise effective Go-To – Market programs for the new acquisition products
• Experience: 10-15 years

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineer (Electronics & Communications) with MBA from tier II colleges preferred. Others with relevant experience in companies of repute can also be considered
• Candidate who have worked in a TELCO /ISP/ Broad band service provider. Candidates with experience in a TELCO and Broad Band service provider would be preferred.
• Applicant must be a self –starter and must have the ability to work on his/her own
• Candidates with experience in customer Acquisition side and customer retention side ( CLM) would be preferred
• Psychographics- A go-getter, a survivor, and with a can-do attitude.

MAJOR DELIVERABLES

• A candidate who can manage motivate and develop technical support group
• Responsible for line management with effective and innovative leadership attributes
• Monitor ticketing management portal, job allocation/assignment and individual team member performance
• Model best practice reflecting fairness and equality in all aspect of the role
• Adhere best team practice to ensure excellence service ,delivery within time frame
• Generate and share daily reports on team performance and unique/peculiar issues observed in network
• Inform management of recurring  problems and its impacts
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Promptly report any incidence ,error, event or deviation from deployment plans
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate department
• Strong appreciation of the impact of processes and performance on customers

FUNCTIONAL / DOMAIN: Customer Service / Technical Support Group

REPORTING TO: HOD CSG

QUALIFICATION: HND/Graduate/Post Graduate in: Electrical/ Electronics/Computer/Communication or proven IT/Tele Com Experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in a leadership profile

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

• Computer Knowledge ,Internet and Tech savvy, Customer query resolving skills, Sales Acumen, Customer Focus, Excel Knowledge is a MUST
• A candidate who can speak and understand these Languages: Hausa. Yoruba, Igbo &English.
