    Midlevel Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven mid-level Digital Marketer to fast-track Little’s growth. As Growth Marker, you will be responsible for managing Little’s customer acquisition funnel. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

    Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the CEO. You will monitor and manage our social media, web analytics, and product usage analytics to develop insightful reports for teams and superiors

    Our ideal candidate for this role has a decent understanding of digital marketing with prior experience in product management. The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Posthug, and Rudderstack. (Or similar products. eg Mixpanel, segment, etc)

    Your responsibilities.

    You’ll:

    • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising

    • Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams

    • Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences

    • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)

    • Leverage analytic tools during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts 

    • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.

    Marketing Operations Associate

    Job Description

    Little is looking for a proactive, ambitious, Marketing Operations Associate to manage key aspects of our marketing strategy and help us execute different marketing initiatives.

    Your primary responsibility will revolve around developing and implementing efficient processes, streamlining existing workflows, leveraging marketing automation, and monitoring the execution and performance of our marketing initiatives. The goal is to align our marketing strategy with our corporate visions and overarching business objectives.

    You are expected to champion our marketing initiatives including all forms of online and offline referral programs, cashback, programs, market activation promotions, etc. You are expected to measure the efficiency of these activities, identify improvement areas, and provide insightful recommendations that will help improve the performance and boost the revenue generation of future campaigns.

    To perform well in this role, you must possess a solid knowledge of project management, marketing automation, and basic analytics tools.

    Your responsibilities.

    • Ensure project deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
