    Legal & Company Secretariat

    Responsibility:

    • Provide legal guidance on contracts, corporate transactions
    • Review and prepare property-related agreements (e.g., sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements).
    • Support the Real Estate part of the business.
    • Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
    • Manage property-related disputes, including land ownership issues and tenancy matters.
    • Ensure adherence to governance policies and procedures.
    • Maintain statutory registers and ensure filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
    • Process permits, approvals, and development licenses.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in law (LL. B). BL qualification is internal policies.
    • ICSAN certification is an added advantage. Basic dispute & litigation knowledge.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and land laws.
    • 5 years plus experience in legal practice or company secretariat role.
    • Experience in corporate/commercial law is an advantage.
    • Knowledge in Real Estate corporate governance & secretariat.

    Sales Engineer

    Responsibility:

    • Develop and implement customer strategies and action plans to increase sales of Commercial Vehicles - Trucks & Construction Equipment and spare parts.
    • Map out and penetrate high-potential logistics hubs across Nigeria (e.g., Lagos, Port Harcourt) to increase market share in the commercial truck segment.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with "Blue Chip" companies and large-scale logistics providers requiring multi-unit fleet.
    • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bid submissions.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams on solution design and costing.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering
    • 3-7 years' experience in truck sales, engineering solutions, or industrial equipment sales.
    • Experience in B2B sales and project-based environments is an advantage.
    • Interpersonal, Negotiation, Oral & Communication, Persuasion skills.
    • Strong technical and engineering knowledge. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

    Sales Manager

    Responsibility:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for heavy-duty trucks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Drive bulk and fleet sales to corporate clients and government agencies.
    • Structure and negotiate high-value deals, including credit and lease arrangements.
    • Identify and acquire new clients in haulage, logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, and oil & gas sectors.
    • Build long-term relationships with fleet owners and key decision- makers.
    • Advise clients on truck specifications based on operational needs (load capacity, terrain, fuel efficiency, axle configuration, etc.). Work closely with technical teams to recommend suitable configurations and customization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field in.
    • 5-7 years' experience in heavy-duty truck sales or automative B2B Sales.
    • Strong understanding of heavy-duty trucks and fleet operations.
    • Excellent negotiation and high-value deal closing skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
