Develop and implement customer strategies and action plans to increase sales of Commercial Vehicles - Trucks & Construction Equipment and spare parts.
Map out and penetrate high-potential logistics hubs across Nigeria (e.g., Lagos, Port Harcourt) to increase market share in the commercial truck segment.
Identify and cultivate relationships with "Blue Chip" companies and large-scale logistics providers requiring multi-unit fleet.
Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bid submissions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams on solution design and costing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering
3-7 years' experience in truck sales, engineering solutions, or industrial equipment sales.
Experience in B2B sales and project-based environments is an advantage.
