    Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Enugu

    Main responsibilities:

    • Seek and develop new potential customers for Juhel pharmaceutical products and services.
    • Increase the awareness and educate existing and potential customers (distributors, medical practitioners, healthcare centres, government agencies, donor agencies, pharmacies, PPMVs etc.) on Juhel pharmaceutical products.
    • Visit and maintain good contact with existing and potential customers.
    • Make presentations on Juhel product and services to existing and potential customers.
    • Ensure seamless purchasing experience for customers. Communicate with the supply chain team where necessary to achieve this.
    • Ensure the visibility and proper usage and uptake of products after supply to customers.
    • Collect feedback from the field (good and bad) on products, company practices, and market trends to report to the company for potential correction or implementation where relevant.
    • Represent Juhel appropriately and positively, in conferences, daily work, exhibitions, trade shows, rallies etc.
    • Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports.
    • Work with the area sales manager and other sales reps to achieve assigned sales targets for the region.

    Professional requirements (minimum):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND
    • Preferred- BPharm, BSc/HND (Biological sciences, Sciences & Maths, Business Admin, Economics, Marketing)

    Language required (minimum):

    • English Language,
    • Preferred- English Language & Local language of area

    Software knowledge required (minimum):

    Human Resources Manager

    Main responsibilities (not exhaustive):

    • Develop an HR team that can effectively and efficiently execute all HR functions.
    • Provide quality services & results as it pertains to HR administration and systems, and core fields of employee relations, performance management, compensation, & benefits.
    • Ensure that employee issues are handled in a consistent manner.
    • Provide effective coaching, counselling, and progressive disciplinary strategies on all ER issues, up to and including terminations.
    • Develop strategies and tactics to address performance problems and opportunities in the organization.
    • Develop broad recruitment strategies for regular, hard to fill, seasonal, and project based activities.
    • Lead all aspects of disability and leave case management.
    • Communicate company benefit programmes including facilitating roll out of new benefit plans and programmes.
    • Ensure HR administrative processes are efficient, timely, and meet employee and business needs.
    • Ensure HR systems are used to their best, and data accuracy is maintained, ensuring good capabilities for reporting and analysis of HR data and metrics.

    Provide robust talent management, consulting, and support

    • Review talent data to identify needs and gaps.
    • Execution of regularly scheduled talent processes, including performance appraisal, and talent review.
    • Use Talent Review to develop succession plans for applicable strategic positions.

    Provide consultative services & develop strategic solutions:

    • Analyse business trends, run competitive analysis, and recommend creative solutions across all HR subject areas.
    • Ensure ongoing interaction with the employee population to develop an awareness of the health of the overall business.

    Fiscal Responsibility:

    • Develop HR programs/policies and advise on business decisions with a fiscally responsible approach.
    • Manage budget, audit activities, and expenses. (With the guidance of the accounts/finance team)

    Professional requirements (minimum):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND or equivalent
    • Preferred Degree – (Human Resource Management)

    Product Sales Manager (Ivy Water)

    Main responsibilities (not exhaustive):

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market growth for Ivy Water across all states in the South East.
    • Lead, manage, and mentor the existing Sales Representatives in Enugu and Anambra, setting performance targets and ensuring accountability.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the distribution network to increase product availability and market share.
