Job Description

• Develop, seek approval, and implement the Finance strategy for the country, taking into account country interests, relevant regulation, corporate standards and guidelines and donor regulations.
• Stay in touch with customer services and people in charge of HR, Finance, Admin, etc. from the other countries
• Deal and take charge of admin and HR, accounting, legal and facilities management
• Report back to the main central team of GO My Code
• Others could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs of the team.

Qualifications

• You are at least a post graduated (Bac+3) in accounting
• English communication skills (written and spoken), next to local language skills.
  Experience: intermediate (1-3 years)
• Very well organized
•  Strong ability to be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced skills in management
• Ability to perform all tasks in a confidential manner

About the role

Position: Full-Time Instructor

Subjects: Data Science, Digital Marketing, Full-Stack Javascript, DevOps

What you will do

• Inspire students to learn today’s in-demand technical and soft skills. 
• Coach students to independently find solutions to their problems.
• Guide students in their learning path, encouraging them to learn by making.
• Organize weekly meetings and follow-ups with students to ensure their progress.
• Evaluate assignments and hold simulated job interviews.
• Organize and facilitate group workshops. 
• Liaise with the training center to guarantee an ideal student experience.
• Assist new instructors through the GoMyCode Mentorship Program.
• Record video courses to optimize the students' learning experience.
• Provide feedback on how we can improve!

Other tasks could arise according to the position and the needs of the team.

Job Description

• Answer to calls as if it’s your first and last chance to sell our products and services.
• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
• Advisor and listen to the student's training plan by asking the right questions. 
• Understands their needs and offers them the Go My Code training that best meets their expectations.
• Provide after sales service by working with different departments to find solutions to student complaints.
• Ensure customer meetings, customer reminders by email and phone and renewal of registrations.
• Enter customer data and notes correctly on the CRM.
• Can be involved in marketing activities (conferences, lives ...).
• Reach monthly sales goals by working effectively on all types of leads. 
• Encourage students and instructors to share their feedback with you so that we can progress and help them to progress. 
• Up sell and Cross Sell our products.

Required education and experience

• You have a university degree from a top school.
• You have gained 01 years work experience in a top start-up.
• Customer Support or Sales Experience preferred
