    Legal Officer

    Job Objectives:

    • Responsible for providing legal support to the company and supporting the company secretary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Authentication of documents
    • Filing of Statutory Returns to the Corporate Affairs Commission
    • Maintaining the Statutory Registers of the Company
    • Arranging of meetings (Board, AGM, EGM, Committee Meetings); Issuing Notices & Agenda
    • Assisting with the drafting and circulation of the minutes of meetings
    • Managing relations and correspondence with external Legal Advisers
    • Managing litigation portfolio of the Company
    • Managing Trademarks Portfolio of the Company
    • Managing Lease/Property Portfolio of the Company
    • Conduct Searches at the Lands’ Registry; Preparation of Lease Agreements
    • Preparation of Franchise Agreements
    • Managing Stock Options and Employee Staff Trust
    • Managing corporate communication
    • Assisting the HR in the preparation of Employees’ Agreements
    • Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Memart and other statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Liaising with Regulatory Authorities
    • Maintaining the Seal Register
    • Legal Research

    Data Entry Officer

    Job Purpose

    • Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases.
    • This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.
    • Type in data provided directly from customers.
    • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
    • Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
    • Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
    • Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
    • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
    • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
    • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
    • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    • Delivery turnaround time
    • Quality of stock delivered
    • Savings on of goods/services
    • Achieved/Exceed agreed target

    Knowledge Requirements

    • High proficiency in data entry techniques.
    • Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions.
    • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.

    Requirements

    • BA, BS or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
    • 0-3+ years of warehouse or other relevant experience.

    • Manage data in compliance with company’s policies and vision
    • Maintain standard of health, safety and hygiene
