    Sales Merchandiser

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Merchandizer to ensure that our products are well-displayed, adequately stocked, and available at designated retail outlets within the Agege area. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the proper visibility and attractive display of Erisco Foods products at retail locations.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and staff.
    • Monitor inventory levels and arrange restocking as needed.
    • Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
    • Assist in executing promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
    • Submit daily reports on sales, stock status, and customer feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND.
    • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or field sales (FMCG industry preferred).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must reside in or around Agege, Lagos.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

    Sales and Marketing - Oke Arin

    Job Summary:

    The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and increasing the market presence of Erisco products in the Oke Arin region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to meet company targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
    • Engage in direct marketing and field sales to promote Erisco products.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research and provide insights on customer preferences and competitor activities.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely supply of products to customers.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
    • Must reside in or around Oke Arin, Lagos.

    Territory Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, developing and executing strategies to drive product availability, market penetration, and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in assigned territory.
    • Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandising staff.
    • Manage key distributor and retail accounts to ensure effective product distribution and visibility.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of field sales staff.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of territory management and distribution models.
    • Must be familiar with the chosen location (Warri, Benin, Uyo, or Ikom) and its market terrain.
    • Willingness to travel within and around the assigned territory.

    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing (preferably FMCG).
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be target-driven and highly motivated.
    • Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas.
