JOB BRIEF
We are recruiting for an organized Marketing Officer to advertise and sell our hotel services and products.
As Marketing Officer, you will generate unique sales plans, create engaging advertisement plans, emails, and promotional literature. developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. You will represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness/bottom line by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
Promoting the hotels existing and new services/products to the market
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying market trends
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales and advertising plans
Source for corporate client leads
Maintaining relationships with clients by conducting regular check ins, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal, and professional networks
Requirements
HND, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales..
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure
Digitally savvy
Proven experience with digital marketing
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000
