    Independent Non-Executive Director

    Job Description

    On behalf of our client in the Infrastructure Finance Sector, Deloitte is recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Independent Non-Executive Director to provide independent judgment, experience and objectivity. The role holder will help to ensure that the relevant issues are subjected to objective and impartial consideration by the Board.

    • Responsible for determining appropriate levels of remuneration for executive directors and have a prime role in appointing and where necessary removing, senior management and in succession planning
