    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Description

    • The CTO will report to the Chief Executive Officer, and you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our client’s business goals and supports their growth plans.
    • You will supervise all technical aspects of the company, accelerate digital innovation within the organisation, and lead technical staff to ensure that products and services are developed efficiently.

    Objectives

    • Maintain efficient technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management, and security protocols.
    • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements
    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
    • Proven experience with systems architecture, software development, and digital transformation.
    • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, ITIL, PMP).
    • Familiarity with Nigerian tech regulatory frameworks and infrastructure realities
    • Experience scaling technical teams in startups.

    Infrastructure & Automation Engineer

    Description

    • We are seeking to hire an experienced Infrastructure & Automation Engineer.
    • The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and automate cloud infrastructure using OpenShift and Ansible.
    • You will play a key role in ensuring our client’s systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

    Objectives of this Role

    • Support the Chief Technology Officer in delivering secure and scalable infrastructure.
    • Automate system configuration, provisioning, and deployments.
