    Graphics Designer and Video Editor

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

    Responsibilities

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
    • Develop illustrations, marketing visuals, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
    • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
    • Work closely with the team to visually explain complex data findings, including infographics
    • Work with writers/copywriters, producer and other members of the team to produce compelling graphics.
    • Video Editing: trailers, commercials, developer diaries, interviews, cinematics, b-roll, sizzle reels, etc.
    • Motion Graphics: Animated slates, rotoscoping, motion/camera tracking, typography, keying, etc.
    • Live Production: Assistance in lighting setup, camera operation, set dressing, etc.
    • Assist with the writing and presentation of cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign creative approaches, including page layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo editing.
    • Assist with the artistic input and design for web and print materials, video contents and social media products.
    • Test graphics across various media.
    • Amend designs proactively and upon feedback.
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Design, Art or a related field is a plus.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Proven graphic designing and video editing experience.
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
    • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Dreamweaver, After Effect, Photoshop).
    • Can handle a camera.
    • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
    • A keen eye for details and aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A team player, who is also self-motivated.
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

    Real Estate and Lifestyle Content Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an intelligent content specialist to guide and develop the content creation process for our brand.
    • As a content specialist, you will be required to research, develop and implement content strategy tailored to meet the demands of our target audience, manage the content creation, publishing process, and monitor audience and content metrics.
    • To guarantee success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for details, be highly proactive and creative, be able to develop original well researched content and content ideas including but not limited to articles, ebooks, social media posts as well as video content.

    • Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
    • Proofread and edit articles.
    • Enrich, edit and proofread marketing copies for the brand.
    • Create web pages.
    • Utilise industry best practices and familiarity with the organisation’s mission to inspire ideas and content
    • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as magazine, blog, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, and videos.
    • Detects, curates, and compiles real estate related breaking news content.
    • Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
    • Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
    • Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or similar or relevant work experience in a related field.
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
    • A portfolio of published work.
    • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, and other tools like Canva, Hubspot, Trello and Excel.
    • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media and blogs.
    • Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, Email marketing, and PPC
    • Excellent written, verbal communication and copywriting skills.
    • The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
    • Possess critical-thinking skills, storytelling and detail oriented.
    • Real estate experience and data analytics are not mandatory is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N40,000 - N60,000 monthly
