    Our client, a vocational educational institution, is in need of Digital Marketing Specialist with experience handling digital marketing role for start-up / brands. The person would work with our copywriting, design and PR team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design the digital strategy for the brand to fulfil the business goals. This would include the communication objectives, the channels to be used, budgets, defining of the digital assets and seem less integration to the same.

    Export Manager

    Industry: Manufacturing – Steel

    Location: Issele Azagba, Delta State

    Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate and manage export carrier contracts, trucking, full container loads, LCL and airfreight.
    • Manage and maintain the record keeping requirements of all import/export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies.
    • Streamline logistics management by designing, developing and programming web-base applications for preparing shipping quotes and managing export documents.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk

    • Coordinate strategic financial plan process for both the client and corporate, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other elements to build a strategy
    • Focus on all daily and month-end accounting procedures for account results (management fees, fee splits, gross-up entries, reclasses, etc.), balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals); accounts receivable /cash application.

    Purchase Manager

    Industry: Manufacturing - Steel

    Location: Issele Azagba, Delta State

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily operations of the Purchase Department
    • Consult with user department to develop a material specification
    • Initiate bid/quote processes for services and suppliers.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and posting of procurement transactions
    • Prepare enquiries for requisitions sent from the project sites and other departments that require foreign purchase.
    • Negotiate with vendors to get the best possible discount on the purchase while maintaining the required standard
    • Identifies and reports deficiencies or defects and monitor their resolution or contractual implications
    • Perform bid analysis and make recommendations regarding purchases.
    • Ensure purchase is in adherence to the approved vendors list provided

    Internal Control Supervisor

    Job Duties

    • Responsible for managing company’s risk management programs.
    • Lead and drive the integration of operational risk management controls, compliance controls and internal controls over financial reporting.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Create and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures
    • Oversee all operations, watching for practices and processes that violate safety policies or create a dangerous situation, taking measures necessary to create a safe working environment

    Store Manager Cement industry

    JOB DUTIES

    •  Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
    • Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
    • Examine stock and dispose of the depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization's policy
