    Sales Promoter

    Locations: Badagry/Agbara, Surulere, Lekki, Sangotedo, Berger (Lagos), Onitsha - Anambra, Sango-Ogun, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Owerri - Imo, Calabar - Cross River and Ibadan-Oyo

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
    • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
    • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
    • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products 
    • Report on demonstration related information interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.

    Requirements

    • SSCE/OND/Bsc in related field
    • 1-2years Proven working experience as a Sales promoter is a MUST
    • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
    • Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills

    Finance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide sound, accurate and timely financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial statements and company-wide financial performance report
    • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
    • Work with all heads of departments to ensure that their individual budgets, as well as the overall company budget, are monitored and managed for the most effective and efficient use of financial resources.
    • Manage day to day liaison and relationship management with the banks, company’s internal auditors, statutory auditors and other legal authorities, ensuring compliance with statutory accounting requirements, regulations and fiscal obligations.
    • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
    • Manage the day to day effective control and management of the company's financial control systems,
    • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
    • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
    • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
    • Ensure that statutory accounts are maintained,
    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans Ensure effective management of payroll and prompt payment of salaries as at when due
    • Ensure prompt receipt of monies on accounts receivables and payment of account payables due
    • Supervise the input and processing of financial data Financial Application ensuring data integrity
    • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
    • Verify and approve payment transactions
    • Perform month-end and year-end accounts closure process.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
    • MBA is an added advantage
    • ICAN certified
    • 6+ years’ experience in financial leadership roles in a manufacturing company
    • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
    • Proficiency in the use of finance/accounting software
    • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
    • Superior mathematical and analytical skills
    • Leadership skills and experience
    • Understanding of data privacy standards
    • Understanding of business principles and practices

    Supply Chain Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement the company’s overall supply chain strategy
    • Determine key supply chain KPIs
    • Suggest solutions for process improvements
    • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
    • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
    • Train and evaluate others

    Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and participate in the development, formulation and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer HR policies and procedures.
    • Investigate complaints and recommend appropriate action, take the necessary disciplinary action when required.
    • Fully administer and manage all company employee relations and personnel functions, files and documentations.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Human Resources or any other related field
    • Minimum of 9 years’ experience as an HR Expert in a manufacturing company
    • Professional certification in human resources is required
    • Must be able to think creatively and contribute to strategic HR discussions

    • Must be ambitious and willing to learn and grow.

    Machine Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
    • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
    • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
    • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
    • Test operation of machines periodically
    • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
    • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
    • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
    • Maintain activity logs.

    Requirements

    • OND or Trade Test I, II, III
    • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing company
    • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.

    Sales & Marketing Manager (Bread & Confectionery)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily/ weekly/ monthly sales activities
    • Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets monthly
    • Monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
    • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
    • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.

    • Implement customer service procedures to ensure customers satisfaction
    • Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
    • Study market conditions to pinpoint new break or prospect and possible threats.
    • Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problem with Customers
    • Liaise with functional or operational Managers to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs.
    • Closely co-operate with functional Managers for smoothly operating.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
    • Minimum of 5 years practical working experiences in a manufacturing company
    • Membership of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) is an added advantage Must have good knowledge of Lagos market
    • Should understand the nuances of the bakery and confectionery market and assist management in keying into the attendant opportunities
    • Data-driven and conversant with the use of sales and marketing application programs like Sales Force, CRM Dynamics etc.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Can present feedback using Word, Excel and other presentation applications
    • Excellent Communication skill.
