    Machinery Lead III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Drilling Rig Site OI Advisor III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible for stewarding and administering vendor contracts and/or orders to ensure uninterrupted goods/service delivery to buyers and compliance with controls. Responsible for researching and analyzing existing contracts and making recommendations on various issues. Monitors and manages contract expiration dates. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

    Engineering - Instrumentation and Controls Lead III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Define scope of all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, assign workloads, review and implement standards/procedures including man hour estimating, cost estimating, budgeting, and progress reporting for Instrumentation scope for all phases of the project. Supports development and execution of centralized engineering services for existing upstream production operating units and new upstream capital projects to maintain safety availability and reliability of the instrument and control systems while optimizing cost.

    Job Requirement

    Wellwork Supervisor

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provides planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representative at the wellhead platform to support the safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover or well intervention and related plans. Is the primary contact for execution readiness and directly supervises Service Partner personnel at all stages of the operations. When offshore, supports Wellwork Coordinator with in-field information to ensure Service Partner personnel work accomplishment, execution needs, logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Internal: Immediate work group and interfaces with engineering teams
    • External: Work effectively with Service Partners, PIC, Projects and Maintenance reps in SIMOPS area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events
    • Responsible for communicating oi Systems - oi, Wellwork Integrity Management System - WIMS and Work Management System - WMS expectations on the job site
    • Responsible for troubleshooting new/evolving issues to determine root cause (including non-routine failures)
    • Monitors wellwork operations to provide feedback and input to the Wellwork Coordinator and Operations Superintendent to ensure procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed
    • Responsible for assisting Engineering team in development and evaluation of wellwork procedures / programs for execution feasibility and completeness.
    • Responsible for ensuring all applicable procedures are followed as approved and utilizes management of change processes if changes are required
    • Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports
    • Influence and interface with Engineering Team with emphasis on providing an understanding of operational and business risks
    • Support QA/QC team with inspection of service partner equipment in preparation for field mobilization
    • Verify all equipment/supplies received are as ordered and specified in wellwork program and all inspections are up to date
    • Verify equipment rig-up and testing are according to Company standards. Review and validate function and pressure testing of BOP Equipment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve work processes. Capture and submit all Lessons Learned
    • Write detailed handovers notes for review with oncoming supervisor
    • Mentor / coach early career and less experienced WellWork Supervisors, Production Operators and Engineers
    • Coordinate, develop and deliver formal training as required

    • Interfaces with engineering to ensure understanding of wellwork objectives and procedural requirements
    • Perform relief duties as Wells Operations Superintendent (as required)

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum 10 years’ industry experience including wellwork supervisory roles for wellwork, workover, rigless intervention or hydraulic workover unit operations
    • Prior experience working for an operator or slickline, coiled tubing or wireline service provider

    Technical Auditing Engineer III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide guidance and advice on technical aspects of geophysical source, sensors, positioning, and recording systems prior to commencement of field operations. Conduct an audit of the seismic contractor’s energy source and recording equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer’s specifications and Company’s requirements. The technical audit is envisaged to be a stand-alone item and the engineer are not expected to form part of a QC team.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for verifying the vendors and their subcontractors source, sensors, positioning, and recording systems adhere to manufacturers specifications, contract requirements and industry standards
    • Responsible for communicating Technical, Operational and SSH&E concerns and issues to Company office personnel to ensure project proceeds according to Company standards
    • Responsible for coordinating testing and verification of field equipment with vendor and their subcontractors
    • Responsible for adhering to SSH&E project requirements
    • Responsible for reporting perceived limitations and the readiness of vendor’s crew and equipment to commence field operations

    Job Requirement

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in technical auditing for the type of equipment proposed; Company experience preferred
    • Must have technical skills to monitor and advise on technical aspects of data acquisition, including; logistics, operations, sensors, source, instrumentation, equipment, recording, and positioning
    • Must be well versed in SSH&E practices and processes for field operations
    • Advanced knowledge with geophysical systems and equipment proposed by vendor for the survey
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work in the area of operations)

    Mechanical Technician III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS:

    • Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work. This can either be an Company (XOM) employee or a Contractor resource. Typically reports to a supervisor.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Estimates work load to establish completion dates.
    • Assists mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery, such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.

    Completion Engineer

    Description

    • The Completion Engineer position is responsible for :
      Participates to the preparation, planning, optimization and follow-up well site execution of well completion operations.
    • Provides technical support during well site operations. Ensures procedures are followed by well site supervisors. Where applicable
    • Ensures MOC are written and risk assessments are carried out and communicated to the well site team in a timely manner
    • Participates to CWOP and risk assessment sessions for completion and workover operations.
    • Ensures lessons learnt and best practices are communicated to service company and other stakeholders
    • Follows well KPI and service quality database, and benchmark operations against ‘’best composite’ performance
    • Follow up and close out any highlighted improvement actions.
    • Participates in contractor site/process technical and safety audits
    • Ensures completion schematics and final tallies are correct and uploaded into WELLVIEW.
    • Participate to LEAN, cost rationalization and continuous improvement culture within the completion team through-out the well
    • delivery cycle
    • In liaison with the Drilling Engineering team, participates to the End of Well report preparation
    • Liaises with GSR, ECP, FOPs and Contractors to ensure optimization of well operations program and Completions well equipment
    • preparation.
    • Prepares CFT documents for completion, workover, and well test operations. Performs CFT technical assessment and makes
    • recommendation to the C&P teams.
    • Prepares handover documents and communicate to Field Operations well parameters and non-conformances
    • Prepares completion designs in line with SOR requirements. Performs tubing stress analysis, sand control, corrosion/erosion and
    • any other studies required for the completion of the designs.
    • Writes well programs, ensures completion equipment is prepared, is fit for purpose, and meets well timelines. Ensures risk
    • Assessments and HAZID/HAZOP are carried out prior to the completion of operations.
    • Proposes new ideas and innovations to improve well performance and well operations performance and reduce risk and/or cost.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum of a bachelor's in the engineering domain
    • 3–6 years of completion-related experience. Minimum of 3 years offshore/onshore completions operations
    •  Strong knowledge of completion engineering, drilling and workover operations; Intermediate knowledge of well interventions; Basic knowledge of GSR and operational technical logistics
    • In-depth knowledge of well equipment, well components, drilling and completion techniques
    • Ability to demonstrate problem  solving skills for process and technical issues
    • Basic experience in contracts management and basic finance
    • Good oral, written presentation and communication skill in English language
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
    • Sound knowledge of the regulations (and best practices) governing well completion
    • Team spirit and good interpersonal skills

    Piping Engineer

    Description

    • Provide piping discipline knowledge and experience to the ECP engineering team.
    • Responsible for safe and cost optimization of Piping designs and products selections.

    ACTIVITIES

    • Carry out preliminary, basic, and detailed piping engineering studies and produce associated deliverables, e.g.
    • MTOs, datasheets, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, specifications, stress analysis, support drawing etc.
    • Review piping discipline engineering deliverables to ensure technical quality.
    • Review designs produced by COMPANY or contractors to ensure compliance with COMPANY piping general specifications and applicable project piping specifications.

    • Advise ECP, FO and other departments on piping related issues, including suggesting technical solutions to problems, identifying best practices, etc.
    • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers of piping and other equipment and materials to ensure technical specifications are understood and met.
    • Participate in Hazard Identification Studies (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), and risk reviews meetings in-house and with the client
    • Prepare and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and COMPANY technical specifications for application into design activities
    • Proficient in development/reviewing 3D models from Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) requirements, safety and integrity requirements, operation & maintenance requirements, good engineering practices, and client comments/requirements.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Compliance with ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist ECP in compliance with overall COMPANY HSE requirement.
    • Effective and timely delivery of piping technical deliverables of an acceptable quality.
    • Verify piping engineering and design deliverables comply with COMPANY general specifications and applicable project piping specifications.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum Qualification: University Degree in piping or mechanical engineering with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas production facilities.
    • Familiarity with international standards and regulations.
    • Teamwork, commitment to technical accuracy, ability to organize and execute works unassisted.
    • Use of MS-Office and AutoCAD, Ceaser 11, PDMS/ED3 with an experience in project specifications could be added advantage
