    Facility Manager

    Role Summary

    • The facility Manager is responsible for assessing processes, implementation and judging the effectiveness of any achieved defined target levels, driving special projects, inspecting site at pre- proposal stage, conducting a gap analysis, preparing facilities condition assessment reports, providing remedial cost estimates for projects, providing support in negotiation as necessary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Passionate and result oriented person with an experience in real estate
    • Good understanding of management of repair & maintenance work of properties
    • Conduct technical audit inspections and prepare a comprehensive technical audit Plan based on status and areas audited.
    • Conducts analysis of the results of technical audit and report to process owners.
    • Facilitate process flow mapping in accordance to QMS framework for identified key processes for standardization and integration.
    • Facilities condition inspection and condition assessment
    • Prepare project management plans and status/progress reports
    • Project interface coordination
    • Preparation of risk analysis reports for project and track project schedule.
    • Implement project management plan as necessary
    • Maintain liaison relationship with third party representatives as required.
    • Attend negotiation for services, resources on behalf of the organization as necessary.

    Required Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate should have at least a B.Eng / B.Sc Degree in Engineering, Building Technology; Civil Engineering; Real Estate Management or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 3-6 years experience on the role.

    Skills
    He / She must possess the following skills;

    • Ability to identify systems effectiveness and compliance
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Understanding of QMS processes
    • Understanding of results based project management, project monitoring and reporting
    • Knowledge of monitoring strategies, approaches and methodologies in general
    • Skills in developing monitoring systems that include performance indicators. Skills in multilevel, multipurpose reporting and in the collation, interpretation and analysis of information.
    • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse and synthesize lessons learned from project monitoring and ability to incorporate these into planning for the next programme cycle.

    Warehouse Manager

    Job Duties

    • Must be able to maintain principles of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
    • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting goods; issuing goods received notes and returns inwards note and requisitions order.
    • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Maintains warehouse staff by, orienting, monitoring, disciplining and training employees.
    • Candidates must be able to accounts for cash received.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records of inventory received and issued.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Graduates with B.Sc/HND and exceptional customer service skills are required.
    • Candidate must have good Knowledge of retail/FMCG environment
    • Ability to handle finance & stock in a careful manner
    • Computer Literate and good in Microsoft Office (Excel and word) and other business enterprise software.
    • Candidates living in and around Lekki, Ajah, Ketu, Ojota, Maryland, Ogudu and Ikorodu are required
    • Candidate must have 3yrs post NYSC experience in the job.

    Job Description

    • Handling marketing and sales activities for the entire area of assignment or Metropolis.
    • Preparation of annual regional sales plan and calendar of activities as per the brand plans
    • Enhance brand visibility and strengthen brand positioning
    • Formulate ALT/BTL activities for the brand and Region.
    • Monitor inventories and produce performance indicators
    • Media handling

    Qualifications

    • Must be Experience in developing & implementing Localized Marketing Programs,
    • Good knowledge of Sales Lead Generation activities.
