    Recovery Manager

    Location: South South/East

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identifying, developing and implementation of sound, acceptable credit policies
    • Identification of areas for improving processes, implementing best practices and metrics to track performance management
    • Reconciling transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
    • Maintaining bad debt and bad debt recovery records
    • Monitoring receivables and collections and providing updates of receivables and providing appropriate reporting procedures
    • Providing regular updates of receivables to management
    • Negotiating payment programs with delinquent customers
    • Identifying accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinating collections with third party contractors
    • Monitoring violations of credit policies, providing analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management
    • The credit manager will be responsible for motivating subordinates to optimize their performance and professional growth.

    Qualifications & Experiences

    • B.Sc/BA/HND in Social Sciences, Business, Banking, Finance, Marketing or any other numeric course
    • An MBA will be added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 Years work experience in the Banking sector.

    • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct credit analysis and strategically analyze financials
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to present financial information effectively.

    Required Knowledge:

    • Detailed knowledge of required documentation and a thorough knowledge of Lien Laws that govern the transactional relationship between the Customer and the Company
    • Knowledge of contract payments
    • Understanding of financial and debt analysis
    • Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market.

    Quality Assurance Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
    • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
    • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
    • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality assurance measurement systems
    • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products and services to ensure finished product quality
    • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
    • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
    • Collect and compile statistical quality data
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality assurance system
    • Providing regular updates of receivables to management
    • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
    • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
    • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
    • Co-ordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
    • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
    • Monitor risk management activities
    • Responsible for document and version management
    • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
    • Oversee product test management including but not limited to creating test strategy and detailed test plans for products; overseeing the test execution; test reporting

    Qualification & Experiences

    • Minimum of First Degree/ Higher National Diploma (HND) in management studies, technology, process engineering, or any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience in Banking/ IT/ Analytics and Service Measurement

    Key Performance:

    • Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to present financial information effectively
    • Planning, organisation and time management skills

    Required Knowledge:

    • Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma certifications,
    • Technology proficiency - Proficient in the use of modern technology
    • Product management, quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
    • Knowledge of digital solutions, services and products
    • Knowledge of innovation in financial services
    • Knowledge of ideation and prototype development
    • Knowledge of stakeholder management
    • Knowledge/experience with software testing tools
    • Knowledge of project management
    • Knowledge of basic programming skills
    • Knowledge of market trend analysis
    • Knowledge of digital security
