    Investment Analyst / Business Development Manager

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Collect and analyse financial data from various sources, including financial statements, accounting records, market research, and economic indicators, to assess the financial health and performance of the organization.
    • Prepare and maintain financial models for potential and ongoing developments, including cost analyse, revenue projections, cash flow forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and decision-making processes, incorporating assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and business initiatives, performing cost-benefit analysis, ROI, IRRs, NPV calculations, and other sensitivity analysis as well as risk assessments to determine the feasibility and viability potential of all projects.
    • Conduct financial analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs), ratios, and metrics, such as profitability, liquidity,
    • solvency, and efficiency, to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor project financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets, investigating variances, deviations, and discrepancies, and providing explanations and recommendations for corrective action.
    • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking studies to assess market trends, industry dynamics, and peer performance, providing insights and recommendations for business strategy.
    • Sourcing and structuring and closing of real estate transactions, including joint venture development transactions, site and service
    • schemes, residential, student hostel development etc.
    • Analyse pricing strategies, product profitability, and revenue streams, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred)
    • 3+ years in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, and Excel 
    • Strong analytical skills.

    Accountant

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Preparation Of WEST LINK monthly, and quarterly income statements, financial position and cash flow statements for management and the group HO.
    • Preparation and updating Fixed Assets Register.
    • Preparation Of draft financial statements for external audit review.
    • Reconcile the general ledger account to check for accuracy.
    • Prepares journal entries for month and year-end close.
    • Support external audits by providing proper documentation and assistance as required.
    • Update and review account payables and vendors' records.
    • Update and review account receivables.
    • Preparation of expected credit loss schedule (ECL)
    • Cash management and treasury duties.
    • Stock control and analysis.
    • CD Daily posting of receipts on management fee and other related income
    • Preparation of director allowances
    • Preparation of reports for stakeholders
    • Preparation Of Bank Reconciliation statement
    • Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Receipts schedule for Management decision
    • Other duties delegated by the Head Of Finance

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with at least 3 years experience.
    • Experience in accounting.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
    • Understanding of maths, financial, and accounting processes.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Ethical behavior.
