    IT Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    • Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
    • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
    • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
    • Provide technical support across the company
    • Document daily tasks, training, and support sessions to inform the department and organization, better regarding IT support needs
    • Monitor the market to keep abreast of new technologies that will impact the IT industry
    • Evaluate emerging technology against the existing business needs and infrastructure in a nimble and iterative manner
    • Advises on issues such as maintenance of hardware assets, licensing of software, and legal obligations such as compliance with Government data protection standards.
    • Establish and maintain infrastructures for keeping accurate records of and controlling IT assets and changes, carrying out tasks such as planning and managing the introduction of IT asset control.
    • Conduct analyses of potential technical investments and of the investment plan in area of expertise
    • Identify processes that will be improved by the application of new and emerging technologies and approaches.

    Skills and Competencies & Key Requirements:

    • First degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or any related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution
    • Relevant professional certification will be a plus.
    • Two to Three (2-3) years of cognate experience including specific experience with network infrastructure.
    • Maintains a basic knowledge of risk management and IT principles
    • Understanding of test-driven development.
    • Understanding of how platforms integrate with other environments (e.g. network, cloud, Operating systems: Unix, MS Windows;
    • Server, Enterprise LAN, Database, Operating systems, IT security administration, Good project management skills, and ability to think strategically and holistically.

    Accounting Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in handling day-to-day assigned tasks for Brokerage entities (clients’ cash inflow, outflow, internal profile transfers, errors, bank reconciliations, etc.).
    • Prepare journal entries for prepaid expenses, accounts payable, accrued expenses, various expense accounts, and other required allocations.
    • Assist in generating accurate financial statements on a timely basis and preparing reports that are aligned with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Assist in handling the cash management/treasury function e.g. bank lines of credit or any related banking issues.
    • Assist in preparing and communicating all necessary requirements for governmental, regulatory and tax authorities.
    • Assist in handling internal and external audit requirements.
    • Identify the root cause of problems, gather and process relevant information, recommend possible solutions and implement the most suitable one.
    • Participate in testing the accounting systems’ modifications (if any).
    • Ensure that all reporting complies with the firm's policies and procedures.
    • Stay up to date with IFRS rules and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of your role.
    • Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
    • Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, and CMA) is preferred.
    • 4 – 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • In-depth understanding of IFRS standards.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Office bundle (Word and Excel).
    • Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
    • Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
    • Can identify, recommend, and implement solutions for problems. Capable of making timely
    • decisions and anticipating consequences.
    • Ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.
    • Detail oriented; works with a high level of accuracy with efficient performance.
    • Flexible in taking on new tasks.multi-tasker, with the ability to meet changing deadlines

    Store Supervisor

    Qualifications

    • Minimum HND/B.Sc degree
    • 1 - 3 Years of relevant work experience.

    Requirements

    • An experience from a food delivery or logistics service company will be an added advantage.
    • Passionate about career growth with an excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the management, operations, and success of the assigned store.
    • Ensure the store is operated in line with the Company’s culture, policies, and standard operating procedures.
    • Keep the store in order and clean.
    • Take care of a sufficient inventory according to the company´s order system and inventory policy (no missing items, no excessive stock, fresh products).
    • Ensure that all customers are approached in a friendly way.
    • Ensure to minimise or stop wastage.
    • Manage the personnel most efficiently.
    • Makes sure that all reports, cash, and receipts are correct and complete.
    • Plans the schedule of his team including the holiday plans.
    • Checks the deliveries from the Warehouse and direct suppliers and reports any delivery mistakes.
    • Responsible for all books, reports, and forms in the store.
    • Decides on orders and order quantities.
    • Makes sure that legal requirements are followed (for example government regulations).
    • Responsible for correct counting in case of physical inventories.
    • Trains personnel for other stores in case required.
    • Responsible for 100 % price label accuracy.
