Duties & Responsibilities
ERP IT Support:

• Process and validate assets and hardware.
• Complete auditing of physical hardware / inventory management
• Processing Audit Controls for various systems: Badge access, Active Directory & Floor Seating Software
• Field and log all basic trouble tickets and service requests through ticketing portal.
• Assist with support and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers, telephones, and mobile devices.
• Assist with configuring and distributing new desktop and laptop computers.
• Process hardware earmarked for destruction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field with 1 - 3 years experience.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual branding across all materials and platforms, ensuring that all designs reflect the company’s values and messaging.
• Conceptualize and Execute Campaigns: Assist in brainstorming and executing visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events to drive customer engagement.
• Adopt Design Feedback: Revise and update designs based on feedback from team members, ensuring that final versions are optimized for effectiveness and appeal.
